Up up and away. New episode with Captain Josh Zager

I never thought I'd have to go to war for the United States. I figured I was done fighting terrorists. I visited Israel when I was 15. Then I literally said, "I'm going to find a way to serve in Israel." I always wanted to fly. >> Do you vividly remember that first time you're flying by yourself? >> You definitely feel like you were taking your dad's car out when you were 15. When I joined the Marine Corps, I told the guys, "Hey, wake me up 10 minutes early. I got to put on my toillin." I've been flying the F-18 for 2 or 3 years. We end up leaving a week after 911, which I think was Russashana that day. I remember who by sword, who by fire, who by water. I did 42 missions into Afghanistan. Dropped a lot of bombs. I've always been spiritual. I just didn't have a hook to hang it on. I've been keeping chabas for two years now. It's lifech changing. And now you're working for United Airlines. >> You spend more time closer to God than we do cuz you're in the air most of the time. You probably have a better relationship with him than we do. >> I usually fly for 10 or 15 minutes until I get bored. We see sunrises that no one should ever be able to see.
