19 74s and 80s when a patient got sick and went to the hospital guess who visited the patient the administrator the nurse we went lunchtime to the local hospital where they went and it was family oriented it was patient care W patient comes in through the door welcome back we're losing that no you're losing that by a lot today they're like going to their bookkeeper like you keep saying the word bookkeeper it doesn't go unnoticed and uh we're down a patient over here like that's what they're thinking about but you were actually going out to go visit that patient like they were like part of your family she just a different world
