The Wrong Way to Help #podcast

We're putting out a lot of fires. That's it. The problem never actually gets fixed. We keep throwing more money at everything. I'm trying to do something that's going to change things that actually cost very little money to run cuz it's much more manpower and [music] ideas. But a lot of organizations, and that's why I get discouraged. It's just another form of money. And then the more people give, the more they're [music] in this club. And then people say, "Oh, there's so many asunnan." Well, they're really not asan. They just give money to things. They don't really fix things. They don't actually put the time in. [music] What are we teaching the next generation? That the guy that gave $50,000 is now the superstar. That's 1%. What about the 99% that can't give that money? What [music] are they? What could they do? I want to be able to give to people that could do with their time [music] actually building something for the future.
