There's a group in Jackson, New Jersey. There's a few little communities, Hasidic mostly, wanted to bring the different people [music] together into a room to get to know each other because young guys with businesses who live in communities, they're adjacent communities, who see each other's in shul or whatever passing, don't really know each other, don't know what each other's doing. They wanted to create a networking event where people to get to know each other. They called it HBA one. And they reached out to me to facilitate or help them organize their event so that it would have maximum result. So I said, "Well, what's the result that you want?" And they started telling me and they were describing it. And I said, "Listen, >> [music] >> I don't think that you can do what you want to do. And you're just trying to throw a bunch of stuff at the wall. It's probably not going to work. But, I'm bought into your mission. I understood what they really wanted. What they really wanted was people should show up with [music] a a sense of let's find out who each other's are, not people should be like a mosh pit, the better networkers get something and everybody else doesn't.
