The Industry OG

it's not every day you get to sit with a legend someone who was considered the OG in the industry actually the first test I failed yes not sorry to say because for all those people who failed test don't feel bad the first one was marrying my wife but the second best decision was to go back to work you inspired many people myself included when I was younger and I was like you know in my teen years I already knew then I want to be in healthcare I treat every employee if it's in the kitchen housekeeping nursing it doesn't matter I treat them like their family money is means a lot but it's not everything quality of life is much more important my advice for the Young Generation first of all patient care has to be number one spend all your money on patient care regulations are killing every industry in the good old days patient care was the most important thing today they don't look at your patient they look at documentation be nice to people no matter what
