Everyone Got Mad

I feel like my foray into this portion of healthcare when I started Skyare, I broke out so to say with this controversial, it was an article, a post that I wrote that I put on LinkedIn about this phenomenon where I basically said that there are kids today who become owners post administration. They find some rich uncle and the uncle says, "Oh, you know, today you got to either own a nursing home or you got to be in real estate. There's nothing else." and they throw some money at him and the kid buys a nursing home. And I said in this article, I said, you know, I'm thunderruck how some of these administrators, they were failures. They couldn't manage a survey. They couldn't run a building properly. And all of a sudden they get their hands on some money and they decide that they'd be a better owner owning the place, operating the place when they couldn't get it done as an administrator.
