I put on the hat and everyone's like, "Well, that looks really cool. That looks great on you." And then it just stayed and it's been 6 and 1/2 years. I don't think I've ever seen you without a hat. I don't know what you look [music] like underneath that covery. Wow. Dear God, it's beautiful. >> [music] >> I make relationships and build connections with no motive or no agenda. I don't look at myself as I'm in sales. [music] I look at myself as I'm in relationships. One of my favorite compliments that I've got from people is that we don't even know that you're selling. Within 6 months, we were at 82%. Congratulations. You're now the director of intake fix it. You'll figure it out. And I did. It was obviously [music] also a strain on my family and my kids. When do you cut your losses? I think a lot of that also is ego. I was trying to go through a divorce. There is decisions that have to be made that aren't necessarily easiest. Absorb [music] what you can like a sponge. I always put relationships first. It's really adjusted and given me this path to learn who I am as a Jew, father, who I am as a human being.
