No need to preach at people if you believe in them

So, there's this guy who's trying to teach his teenage daughter how to drive. She gets behind the wheel, and several blocks into her drive, she realizes she's behind the wheel of a real car, a weapon, and she begins to panic. She says, "Dad, I can't do this." Her father looks to her and says, "I don't know if you can or can't, but you are." at difficult moments. Sometimes the best thing to do simply just point out the reality. I don't know if you can or can't. I get it. It's scary. It's difficult. It's challenging. But somehow you're doing it. When we believe in people, we can channel the incredible abilities and capabilities and strengths and motivation that is dormant that they never even realized on their own. [Music]
