Kev was standing from of the famous melon's pizza store in B park today with the owner RAB hhi melon by a brand new restaurant opened up modern kitchens wow so the big menon's pizza store a brand new restaurant take me inside sure come on in it's now Thursday evening and this is the soft opening what what guys food so we're going to take you inside to our amazing concept that we started here this is the working of a lot of years you know we were famous for making amazing food delicious food and we decided it's time to take it to the next level Next Level means we're going to make ambient passion of amazing dishes a palet you would never believe possible kosher wow this is something that is going to be amazing this is something that is going to be an amazing twist we're building a Mediterranean Italian fear and again melon's pizza was here we're famous for bringing good food you know what it's time to bring an amazing good restaurant to the table let go this is where we are l so as you see cuchina modern kitchen this is our new concept the reason why we call it cuchina which in Italian means in a kitchen um a kitchen an active kitchen of cooking and this this is who we are so we brought it up we decided we're going to take that kitchen bring it to the people in the proper way how food is supposed to be made I like that you're going to take the mendon's famous kitchen which how many how many years is mendon's G on oh we here since 1969 I'm not even counting my 196i he was an amazing opened up the pizza store my grandmother three generations already three generations and you're taking it up to our next level yes let's go let's check it out beautiful Decor beautiful tables shears beautiful Ambience who is the designer okay so we have a big shout out for interor Bala she helped us build the store a few years ago and she came here in and of course upgraded this location but again my wife is the one who is behind every Nuance of this place from style from lighting from colors table chairs every part of it list say it's about time M three generations you're taking it up a notch up a level so H what's going on here tonight Thursday night tonight is the first night of cooking and we brought in some friends and family to taste the amazing food to enjoy it and to come in and experience what we are bringing to the table for the preopening the V just let me ask you how do you how do you get to come to the pre-opening how you to come to the preopening over here I happen to know people who know people that's it okay listen at least I know somebody who knows people who know people the menon's lovers the VIP lovers they got to come tonight so when is the general crowd when is it open to the public we're going to be opening next week of mem so we're going to be taking reservations next week uh we're going to be doing like a prefixed dinner for reservations you can call us at 63178 40600 again 631 784 0600 all right he listen this place is going to be flooded you have to add a bunch of how many seats could you hold now so we have 606 seats here and yes people always ask us what are you going to making what are you going to making we're going to be making amazing Mediterranean fear but we're still going to bring us some pizza the pizza is upscale it's going to take the menon's famous pizza and bring it up a ACH yes a couple of notches a couple of notches um we're going to be making NE Neapolitan sourdough personal pies wow that sounds delicious am amazing variety and amazing um flavors that is going to be second t on all right hii listen I'm going to come try it and all food lovers or menon's lovers all the generations three generations everybody always you know the brand and pizza menon's check it out make a reservation and let me know how it was hhi and again if you want amazing food this is where you're going to come this is going to be the place this is where you're going to come all right thank you so much I appreciate see you around take care [Music]
