New at Avery & Jay’s Ice Cream Store: Ice Cream Cakes, Dessert Logs, Quart Tubs & Weekly Specials

Guys, I'm here in Jackson right next to Rosemary. There's a store called Avery and Jay's. So, I was here a few times. Wasn't there for a long time. A called me down. He told me we have so many new specials since I was here last time. Thank you again for coming down. Wow. So, we wanted to basically show you our delicious, delicious Shabas desserts that we have over here. We have a full array of delicious, gorgeous looking ice cream cakes. Um everything we make inhouse we have them available both in par and milik even though par actually much more popular and our parav ice cream is unbelievable. >> One second. One second. Is it Dubai? >> This is a brand new item. It's the line actually. It's Dubai line. This is a Dubai. This is Dubai. That's Dubai. The cookies and cream is probably the most popular and the cakes. Then we have over here we have our lotus. And as you could see, >> beautiful. >> They're available in a log and a large and a small. >> Um I see the Dubai you also have available in a few a few sizes. >> Correct. We have we make all our cakes in those three sizes. >> So this is the log Dubai. >> That's a log. It happens to be two different smalls. They're just decorated differently. >> I see you're following the rules. The pistachio cream and the kafia. Everything >> very very popular. The pistachio pafa chocolate. It's unbelievable. >> So this is the this is the parv or this is melik. >> These are these are parav but we have them both in par and milk. This is made in house. It's not coming from a factory. They're made fresh weekly. I mean we've had people called ashk on us because our par ice cream tastes mish like milik >> really >> and people cannot believe it. And people call us all the time. They say really? I can't believe it's pirate. It tastes so so good. >> Um this is a birthday cake line. peanut butter, chocolate peanut butter, cookie dough. Really, really. First of all, you see that they're gorgeous looking. We're constantly changing our designs. We're making, you know, we have in-house designers, our cookie, I'm sorry, our cake decorators that come in. Let me show you our uh freezer line, as we say. It's our par ice cream and our par uh Italian ice. That's comes in quartz. We have a Dubai chocolate, also brand new, phenomenal, phenomenal flavor. We have a vanilla. We have a lotus cookie. We have a cookies and cream. And we have a peanut butter cookie craze. Um, these are parave. >> All made over here in your back. >> All made here in the back. Everything's made fresh. Again, our parave ice cream is really, really worth it to try. Everybody says it's really tastes like milk. >> You can only you can only buy it over here or you can buy it also, let's say, in other places. >> So, right now you have we have it over here and on the Exxon station on Route 9. uh as well as our cakes and our Italian ice cream. >> Somebody in Brooklyn wants to order whatever. >> So, we do have you can order from us. Um we have sent it to Brooklyn. It's just logistically it's not the easiest thing ice cream to send, but we have done in the past. >> Um >> Oh, you have a whole line of sugar >> and then we have a whole line of Italian ice. We have a mango, pink lemonade, cherry fruit, uh passion fruit >> made from real fruits. >> Yes, it's made in the back. Uh margarita, cotton candy, and sour apple and blue raspberry. And again, we always we're always making new flavors. Both the ice cream, both both the Italian ice. Um it's just a terrific terrific uh non-expensive dessert for Shabas. >> What do you do on expensive? How much does it cost? So something like this. >> During the week, uh the ice cream is $12 a quart and the ices is as well $12 a quart. Thursday and Fridays we have a special. The Isis is 50% off. It's $6 a quart. You can get anywhere anywhere Italian ice for $6. >> A bucket for Thursday and Friday. >> Thursday and Friday. It used to be Fridays, but now because of the early Shabbasim, we've extended it to Thursday. And the ice cream also Friday we do 20 20% off and it's $10 a quart, which is really a phenomenal phenomenal price for gourmet. >> You got to call me back one day to see the production in the back. >> Mr. One day we're going to have you back. We're going to show you all the production in the back. Um, when we're talking about Dubai, I just wanted to show you these are Dubai. >> Oo, this looks good. >> Ice cream sundaes. They're layered sundaes. There's chocolate in Dubai and then ice cream, then more chocolate in Dubai and then more ice cream and then whipped cream and you know, just the phenomenal >> flavor, >> unbelievable, unbelievable tasting thing. Before you go, F, I just want to show you something that we have. Um, first of all, our ice creams over here, which is great. >> Wow. you know, everything. Again, these are milik they're made in the back. Delicious, full of flavor. People call me all the time telling you how great it is. And our Italian ice as well. Um, you know, again, these are made from real fruits. They're made in the back. Um, but I want to show you something that really sets us apart since we're a boutique boutique ice cream store. I just want to show you our milkshake machine. Um, basically nobody else has this in town. and put take a little bit of any flavor. In this case, I took some chocolate and just going to show you the machine. But before I do, I just want to tell you that this machine has a perfect consistency. Whereas most stores, they take ice cream from their ice cream machine and they put it into a uh like a blender and it doesn't have a perfect consistency, this machine gives off a perfect perfect consistency in the milkshake. And the milkshakes are absolutely wonderful and there's nothing like it. So just show you if you see it just take a little bit of just like that. And really >> while you're mixing it >> so one two three to really make it 30 seconds whole thing is done. You got to taste the frame. We'll give that to you after the video. Um just want you know we do other things. We do asai sundaes which are also different than most stores do asai bowls. We do asai Sundays where it's all leveled where it's asai fruit. Asai fruit. Um that way you don't need all the fruit on top and you're just left with the asai. We have delicious delicious coffee. Our coffee actually is award-winning. We use an award-winning bean. It's not available anywhere else in the Lakewood area. We also have our soft ice cream. Milk soft ice cream. Pive soft ice cream. Um we do waffles. Bubble waffles and Belgian waffles. >> What's bubble waffles? >> Bubble waffles is like more of a cakey waffle. It's bubbles out. So, it's like a more of a cakey feel. Delicious. Trust me, Afraim, it's worth it to come in here to try everything in the store. You don't have to try everything at once. You can come in multiple times.
