Navigating News and Distractions in Turbulent Times

on rash I was busy thinking about what in the world is going on in Lebanon did they attack Iran what's going on I need to know I had this desire to know what's going on in the news think to myself that when I'm able to turn the device off for long or even on Chavis the learning is different it's it's continuous it's you start and you go there's no no no emails no whatsapps no nothing no phone calls it's a whole different world you accomplish so much more to stop and go every 10 minutes every some people every 2 minutes every 30 seconds whatever it is it's it stops your luring it stops your concentration and it got much worse since October 7th for me I got to know what's going on there this all are they doing okay are they capturing oh they killed another head guy and the head of the head the guy that replaced the guy that replaced the replaced they got him too boom is his name Hashem or his name Hashem I don't know what they killed him again not next VOR unbelievable it m ruins the Contin we got to do something about this
