Ro Keshello. That's right. By the way, I had a uh conversation with Nader Balor uh just a few moments ago because he's standing by to join us on the air. He tells me that he was in uh a minion this morning in Englewood, New Jersey where I have to assume Shakra started around 5:30 and about 50 people were there which is unbelievable. Kakavo to those who are getting up early in order to daven Vatican to Davin uh um to be at the proper place at Shimona Estray when the sun comes up. Pretty amazing. Really amazing. Anyway, tomorrow roesh El will help everyone prepare for Russia and foresh at a beautiful Roesh. Uh followed, of course, as you would imagine by a seum and a massive breakfast and party. It's all happening out in Great Neck. They're literally going to Davin at 5:35 in the morning. And I saw Nad Balor the other night and I said to him that um it's hes you've got to strike the fear in the people. And he said, "No, no, no, no, no, no, no. We're not going to we're not going to talk about fear." You know, there different approaches to there are those rabbis who emphasize the fear and there are those rabbis who emphasize the love and openness that the one above has for his people. And then I said to him, I said, "Wow, Sunday, this coming Sunday, the fivew week spartic will begin." And I reminded him that the Ashkanazm only have two weeks of and he had a very witty response which he might share with us this morning. Nad Balor, a pleasure to welcome you back to JM in the AM. Nader's response was well there are a lot more sins in the spartic community. You guys don't sin as often. And obviously he was kidding folks. Uh but it is a five weeks kabad has one week. Kashkanazim have two weeks and I've got to say there we'll talk about roesh in a moment but five weeks of is a commitment. It is a no matter what minion you're at, it is a commitment and it takes time and it's a big effort. And I guess if you grew up with it, obviously you're used to it. But nonetheless, it's a uh uh it it's something that's really admirable because you're not just getting ready for the brand new year a week before Roshashana like we do. You're getting ready for the brand new year an entire month before Rashashana. And I would assume that helps you prepare for the brand new year. >> That's definitely one way of looking at it. But we could look at it in a different perhaps way to make it more comfortable and more exciting and passionate. And that's Hashem's commitment to us for these five five weeks to come to the field to say, "Hey, I love you. I just want to be with you all the time." And okay, you know, let's spend that extra 40 minutes, 45 minutes every morning together preparing together to for the coming of the new year for Yom Kipur. So it's a it's a togetherness with Hashem. It's a connectedness. It's not just our commitments, but Hashem is committing himself to us. Kak of a colloc. Um I said that this morning you would give a little pep talk to those who think about uh praying every morning vatikin who think about joining people like yourself and this time of year it's really early obviously. Um if vatikin is extra special every day, how much more extra special is it in the month before Rosha Shana? >> So you know every rashesh represents renewal. Uh just like the moon is renewing. Hashem's commitment to us is being renewed. Our commitment to Hashem, our commitment to ourselves, to finding the amuna within ourself is being renewed. Now the only time that one can kind of uh bypass that and shortcut that every day is by ding viking because every day is a different second. It's never the same moment >> and that's the greatest way of representing renewal. It's almost like a kiss from Hashem saying here today I gave birth to you at this time and when I gave birth to you when you were created I was there with you because you were there for me when I said I want you at this time. Exactly. So on rashana as we come as we prepare as we come in an excited manner to show our more loving commitments to hashem on rashana we need preparation everything in life just like we going to exams just like we going to get a mortgage from our uh brokers everything needs preparation the only preparation for this is the difference is that this is fun it's loving and it's connectedness with hashem >> wow Oh, amazing. And Nadar, I'm assuming you're expecting a very large crowd tomorrow. >> Yeah, tomorrow on average, I think in the past two years we did it in the same place. It's anywhere between 400 to 450. >> Wow. >> Yeah, >> it is unbel. And again, you're starting at 5:35. >> Yeah. Not not everybody comes at 5:35. >> I get it. But but you do have to I I assume there is a nice crowd at 5:35, right? Yeah, usually more than half are there, but a lot of people they're just excited about halo. And this is the be this is the beautiful part of it. You know, there's no one's expecting anyone to come in with anything or any kind of expectations so to speak. So meaning if a guy comes in without a fill in, no one's going to look him up and down and say, "Hey, you know, if you don't wear a fill in like here, leave." So just people come to flow and people come and they get energized and somehow it'll have a impression on their souls and maybe get affected by it later on. But the fact that it's come just completely open to anyone, no class, this you know distinctions, it's really really amazing and really it's it it touches people. >> Frankly, if you didn't have that type of attitude, if you didn't have that welcoming uh atmosphere, you wouldn't be having 400 to 450 people. I mean, that's one of the reasons you have such a big crowd because everybody feels welcome. They all feel part of it. >> Yes. >> So, is going to do halal? Is that how it works? >> No. So, Shandig is a musician. He is a keyboard and a DJist and uh my son uh who is an amazing amazing amazing uh musician on his own right. He's actually a very successful uh uh rabbi in Great Neck. He he he's got his audience is the young people. He does a lot of Kirup. So, he's going to be actually doing the singing. >> Holy cow, he'll be doing Hollow. >> Yeah, he'll be doing Hollow and the musician is going to be supporting him. But he's an amazing musician. >> Well, he's an amazing musician and he's an amazing guy. I know him really well and I don't know, maybe we need to take off tomorrow morning. Maybe maybe this is where I finally get my exemption from being at JM on a Friday. It's a big treat, folks. Uh Rabbi Areli Balor is going to be uh conducting Holl. It's a big treat.
