Most introverts think networking means working the room and talking to strangers. It doesn’t.

But, also just find ways that you can offer value so that you're more comfortable reaching out. Like, even if you're an introvert, if you have friends or people that you're comfortable with, um you know, it's it's lit- a little bit easier to uh to ask them for the order or for ask them to keep you in mind or ask them to send you a referral. So, it's just a question of like, how can I offer value to these people? There's a great book out there called um The Go-Giver. I always recommend it. You recommend it. You've read it. Um but, that's what it's all about. Like, if I can offer you some value, then [music] it takes the relationship to another another level.
