of minerals and vitamins or six or eight mine every single one of them has 14 vitam vitamins and minerals everything all of them tells you exactly the amount of sugars that's in every single box off cover is eight on the cover you nothing is hidden the idea of that is why I'm bringing that out is that this company has a the from the company is as busy W proof the item they got cornflakes cereal
