Jewish Music Hits 2020 Jewish music is always being released. Now that 2020 is over let’s look at the Jewish music hits of 2020! This list is in no particular order and isn’t ranked. We probably missed some things that should be mentioned on this list so please comment them below. 2020 was a slightly lower end year for Jewish music. 2019 was filled so 2020 wasn’t as good. That’s besides what we all know about 2020 and the projects that were delayed because of that. Anyway let’s get into the Jewish Music Hits of 2020! Ari Goldwag started collecting money for his new album back in February of 2020. He called the project - new album 2020 as the album was going to be released in 2020. He eventually reached the donation goal and released the album towards the end of the summer. The album featured many collaborations and had a bunch of hits. Let’s start. The song Ahalela was one of the album's big hits. It was sung together with Nesanel Life. A music video was released for this song featuring Nesanel. Another hit from Ari’s album was the collaboration he did with Dovid Pearlman. The song is called Ashira and is doing very well. A music video will be coming out for it soon as well so get ready. Ari’s songs Zeh Keli and Yesh Li Hakol were also solid. Moshe Tischler released his album which was a hit but specifically the song Modeh Ani - the title of the album and Ki Le’olam were hits. These songs are doing very well especially for a new singer like Moishe. Moshe also released a music video to Modeh Ani which is doing great! Another great hit was Duvie Shapiro’s surprise single that came out just before the end of the year. Idan Chadash is a great song and is doing well. It probably won’t do as well as his previous songs because it doesn’t have a music video. Hopefully Duvie releases an album soon! One of the biggest hits of the year was from Mordechai Shapiro. In September Mordy released a single Ein Od Milvado. The song came with a music video and as usual for Mordy broke many records. It’s on track right now to become the fastest growing and Most viewed Jewish music video of all time. We will have to wait and see if it actually happens. The song itself is also doing very good. Being that it’s a Mordechai Shapiro song it’s no surprise that it’s on this list. Another hit was Yoni Z’s Lanetzach. The song came out right before you know what that delayed his album. Yoni has been one of the fastest growing Jewish singers of all time and this song was no different. Yoni then released Every yids a fire which was a Thank you /hashem project. The song looks like a big hit and has a music video coming. The album that got delayed is on the way now so get ready! Joey Newcomb released his second album and 2 songs that look like hits are Mi Keamcha and How Aw You Reb Yid. The Mi Keamcha song has a music video. The song is a collaboration with Benny Frieedman who is also in the music video. The video looks like it’s on track to do amazingly well. The final 2020 hit is Tombe by Dovid Haziza. Dovid took this beautiful song and created Hebrew lyrics for it. The music video is doing great for him as a new singer. That wraps up this list.
