our feature presentation. >> What Tiskanini started off as a brand with authentic Italian products, but as we've progressed and developed more and more products, we've come to realize that even in Italy, the regions are as important as the country as a whole. In every region, they're all passionate, but in Sicily, it's something crazy. You offend your host, uhoh. But I will tell you that the passion that they bring to wine making, to oil, to flour, to fruit, citrus, lemon is is unbelievable. Starts from the sapling. My Freddy, our host today, yesterday, tomorrow, is teaching us from the ground up about olive oil and he's showing us the land of Sicily. It's amazing. My Freddy, could you tell us a little bit about uh Sicily? Well, first of all, Sicily, you know, is a small island in the center of the Mediterranean Sea. Mediterranean Sea is is a special place. If you look at the earth at the globe, it's the only ocean closed by a small channel. No. So, it is a special place. And the center of the Mediterranean Sea is this small island where the biodiversity is unique. No other place in the world. I'm sorry for all friends coming from all. >> Yeah. All you know it's real. We have biodiversity like no other places. We have a volcano. We have mountains. We have woods, we have beaches, we have we have everything. >> Uh >> I want you to point out what is unique about that area down here. What where are we standing now exactly? >> So this is this is the valley of Shaka and behind these hills starts the Sikani mountains. As you can see there are a lot of uh olive grows and also uh fruit you know like citrus and all this kind of uh fruit. This region is very important for the production of the olive oil. >> What type of temperature what area grows good olives? Well, in this in this season, you know, the medium average of the temperature is uh about between 15 and 20 22 Celsius. Okay? >> And uh well, it is an amazing place. My father told me a story about Sicily and says God on the sixth day completed this war and created the word. He took the heart on his hand and kiss it where he placed his lips lies Sicily. So, but you know everybody every [laughter] >> can say about his home homeland the same story. >> Okay. Sicilian we love Sicily. And that's why I told you about the biodiversity. That's why our cheese is special. Our tomatoes are special. Our citrus are special. And of course, olive oil is the best. No better olive oil than Sicilian olive oil. >> Could we try today some Sicilian tomatoes, olive oil, and salt? >> You're hungry. >> Yeah. >> No. [snorts]
