okay you excited I'm excited yeah we're here at cap canis this is jorgan some people call him joran and we're in Spain and we're in the it's called the wine Cemetery the cemetery yeah and you asked me for some older vintages so we're going to have one and you know the good news you can pick it wow that's exciting that's aise go so um you know for all the vintages we we like to put a couple of cases aside for some vertical tastings okay so so when I when I come so we can do the vertical from 95 to 2020 I'm right don't be too excited I'll stay here another night okay so what we can do is uh we have uh um anything from uh 98 up to 2022 what I think is we try an old vent medium vintage and the current vintage so we can really see how it evolved and I can get to drink a lot okay that's my V okay so do something really cool I can get in there wow okay we we'll do something really cool really really cool um we became kosher in '95 okay this is the 96 wow actually of the Vintage 96 we do once the same wine Oak Aged and only steer steel tank aged one was called gansa which became afterwards per Shabib okay and the other one was just called Hoven a young wine Hoven means young young so just still 10 G so this is barah Shabib 96 this is Oak but this is uned uned so I mean frankly me I haven't had that wine for probably 10 years this is stainless steel put away bottled in 96 it can be a disaster it can be it can be magical okay sounds like a plan and you know what's cool about this this this I mean for you it looks it looks it looks um um ridiculous the way we promoted kosher in the old days for us we wanted to make it very shiny very obvious yeah uh afterwards I mean everybody told me please take it away it's like having a T-shirt and it says Gucci exactly yeah and that's that's the way so this was an old label we had and we just put on top the the kosher mention okay so that's the that's the 96 let's put it here some medium looking this is 166 let's have a 2006 good I'll have a 2006 okay 22 we take from upstairs okay exciting Cool N I'm not leaving you [Music] [Applause] cool cool well done
