Singer-songwriter-shliach Yoey Muchnik, who is known for bringing a joyful, Moshiach spirit to simchas and performances, has reached even higher with his exciting new composition, “Mimiztrayim.” The lyrics are simple: “Mimitzrayim Gealtanu, Mibais avodim pidisanu,” with a resounding chorus, “V’hu yigaleinu, yigaleinu b’karov!” Yoey collaborated on the fast, catchy new niggun with Izzy D Jay, who is also featured on vocals. It’s not hard to envision the Jewish people streaming out of galus, straight into geulah, accompanied by this great new song!
