The Sandwich Method

If you have to give somebody a little muser, so the best way they say is to do it in a sandwich. Meaning, you start off, you're such a great guy. You know, you're one of the best employees. I love you. You're unbelievable. However, the fact that you killed three people yesterday was a really not nice thing, but you should know I I really admire you. And so then you you sandwich it. You give them a compliment in the beginning, a compliment at the end. You tell them how much you admire and you give the muser in the in the middle. Same thing with don't go straight to your kid, hey, why you do this and this? He's such a good guy. He diving so nicely. Okay. See, he shouldn't have smacked the guy in middle and but you know, okay, the sandwich. And I was just thinking, it's interesting. You see it in this week's parach. And he says, so he starts off saying [music] compliment and then he gives it to them good. He says, you know, you lied to us. You told us, you know, going to give to you and all of a sudden we're in trouble now. What's going on? And then he finishes off also. You see and I think it's the same idea this uh he's complimenting complimenting gives him a good good muser compliment compliment
