My trick in real estate is really to understand the other person to sit there. Sometimes I sit with another real estate guy, let's say, and I like I don't get the guy that's sitting next to me. The guy's nervous that the taxes I don't know what you know what if I could get you the money really quick within two weeks and this and that would you give me a better price cuz you understand what is this if is his idea.
