But it's much more to learn to than to wear fillin. How do I know? Because you say it every day. But when it came to dafi for whatever reason I built this habit that har it's a it's a nice snigla but I haven't missed a single day of giving the da not learning it giving the daff in other words preparing a shir with all the chards and everything over six years without missing a single day and it's it's because it has it's not it's not a or anything. I didn't do anything special. It's just one of these things that once you get locked in and you do it, you get stuck in it. I had flu two weeks ago. You know what it is to learn while you have the flu? It's not fun. But you do it and you just grind right through it. And the idea to build this habit and once you build this habit, it goes into all sorts of directions that you never even imagine. Health, exercise, everything. What I'm trying to tell you is if you haven't tried the DAFF, you better try it because it will change your life. It will help you change so many things you have no idea.
