on here thanks for including selected pictures in the summary it says like there's the subjects more things for the eight-minute daf so in case you don't know even Uncle Phil himself the only the reason why he's with the shears because they mean a Duff and because of Uncle Phil who happens to be here today and a few others who came over to me said you know I'm only in this year because it ain't many dollars it's what so maybe I should restart it it's like that hook they watch that eight minute and they see it's not enough a lot of people say we have eight minutes worth but it's back of the month and mdy headquartered Coffee corner and beverage we have milk and we have hot cocoa and we have two unbelievable coffee machines the best of the best Touch button lattes Gladys love Zachary over four slamo for Shiro saurabhas genre boys uh here we go today is and we're holding the last last words and this is what we learned yesterday we finished off the studio that according to everybody Master Kono evid colorable that if it doesn't have cannot make a canyon without his master ain't King in love with the blue rabbit so if you give something to your Avid the master acquires it immediately One Man's armor holds that there's a way around it by saying I'm Gonna Change boy every mayor argues mayor says it doesn't work because as soon as you acquire it your master requires you can't make conditions and annoying with that it's like it's part of the master so River also comes around he says okay it's a little different over here he's not really giving the money to the Evan to go out what he's doing is he's giving it to him to give it to the master there's only one thing you can do with this money it's not yours on condition that the master doesn't have anything to do with it because over there in the first case you're excluding the master or you're giving it to the evid 100 over here he's not even giving it to them at 100 he's taking away from his giving saying I'm only giving with you for this use so that could work and remember it says even that doesn't work and what we're going to see right now is that we have a little bit of a problem because in a case very similar case where a person says this is yours he tells a wife this is yours a condition that your husband has nothing to do with it and we said that evident and a woman have the same hellock as internal terms of the kingdom of the master and the husband so a person says to a wife I'm giving you this money that you do XYZ within your husband has nothing to do with it Ramirez says it works so that's a contradiction the mayor says if you try to exclude the master it doesn't work so how when it comes to the husband it does work that's the mother's question so let's see inside the Ramirez we have a contradiction between Ramirez I'm just I just quoted a mayor here because I didn't have a place to put rabona but robot into the opposite it does the word ovary mayor says it does work if the home say it doesn't work foreign people used to fall asleep and now people just get disgusted like could you not show us that chart again we know about uh I will show it of course I'm going to show it here ah you never saw this one did you Jonathan so on years one two four five [Music] one two four five those are the years that after you finish giving your truma and you're my sir you take my social and you basically give it to yourself you get to use it yourself we're actually gonna see today in the Gamora it's not so much yours it might be according to one cheat that's 100 percent can you use those apples to be McCandless a woman are they yours maybe you could just put in your mouth and eat it when you see that but we're gonna learn a couple of extra unlockers that we didn't really focus on yet in shots and that is that Meister Shaney of course if it gets very heavy and it's too much for you to carry up to your slime can only eat the Meister Shane it is 10 they give to yourself English line so let's say you live inside then you have a big farm and your produce is three tons so what are you gonna do so you transfer your three tons into into Cash so let's say it's a thousand dollars three thousand dollars you take the the produce and you take cash and the dusha of the produce goes into the cash now the cash turns into Meister shiny the produce becomes from purple goes back to Red you're able to eat it now the cash turns into purple and this cash you bring up the original light so that's that here she is she takes the money out of her pocketbook and she transfers the the dusha into the money the pay raise Go Outlet this becomes whatever use whatever the Russian is okay as a side note nothing to do with this I just figured as a as a favorite to the island to Jonathan just to explain that when you redeem this Miser and you do it yourself if you're the owner of the meisser you must bring a Hamish but in English it means 25 why so just explain you have to give extra right here so let's say the fruit is worth we're gonna I'm gonna show you everything it's going to be very very clear [Music] a hundred a thousand dollars is divided into four 25s so what you have to give is 25 you have to give 25 of 20 250 whatever it is so you add that see the line you have one two three four that's how much money you have you have four quarters let's say so you're hummus now your penalty so to speak because you're it's not a penalty we call it a it's a midsole call it whatever you want correct not a pen he's right it's not a penalty your your opportunity your added obligation your added obligation because you transferred to money is 25 so you take another quarter you put it in but in gemara language the the way they it's milagava millibar so the way reviews it they view the total amount at the end so over here you have five quarters because you gave one extra quarter so it's five now you look at the total amount you have 125. so 125 one-fifth of that is 20 is what you said the kids so we call it 25 they call it 20 because they look at the total amount all five quarters together and you you view that how much is that that's 20 of what you have total that's called we call it millibar it's the same thing now let's continue a convenience fee it's a it's a what are they what are the money changers called conversion fee uh it's convenience fee so you don't have to take the three tons up here right boys so here it is here she has four dollars worth of apples that's the peacock head it's it's a it's a it's a Scott it's a bird's view from from the top bird's eye view here it's worth four the joke didn't come here and here's the fifth here's the fifth one and that's so now the do show went from the Apple to the from the apples to the money and that's this fine here's the possible what does mean this only applies this is they have to give an extra fifth if you own it but if you're a friend and you're redeeming it for a friend you don't have to and what if you're a wife do you have to give that extra hummus or not says the gambarro this is what we're talking about now this is [Music] now she must give the extra amount why she's she's married to him she's like she's used like her husband Allah says no the wife doesn't have to give the extra 20 25 what's the case let's explain it convert it into money and everything it's him it's him himself so he has to give a fifth how come the time over here says you don't have to give a fifth hello hello she has money from Nixon she brought into the marriage she has her own bank account when she got married it's not the husbands maybe it could benefit from it differently but right now she has cash and the husband owns the fruit so if we go back to the possum ish Rashi learns very interestingly I would have learned Isha that all men in the world of Hive amazing not women that's Tysons Rashi learns different Rashi learns ish and not your wife okay so if it's her money and it's her husband's fruit then she's she's not Hive at all of um must be talking about our case that we're talking about from yesterday that a friend came along and said here take this I see you want to eat this fruit I'm giving you this money boys have Miser I want you to do Miser with this money and do not give a Hamish like we had yesterday the the case where somebody gives his kid money ears hundred thousand dollars to buy an apartment I'm conditioning you don't give Meister from it don't give don't give the government okay you could do something like that over here where mayor says the condition works and the money goes where stays by the woman and by us here let's take a look again at this chart over here mayor holds check V it's good I could give a woman Miser I could give her money to to be pointed at my social in the unconditioned she doesn't pay the image it goes to the husband the husband you can't make a deal with a wife just like you can't make a deal with a Evan you can't make a deal with a wife no conditions it goes straight but remayer is the one who said the entire time that you can't make a deal with the evid and now all of a sudden he says he could make a deal with the wife tomorrow um we must flip this around take a look at the chart just for one second remainder is gonna have to say that he the deal doesn't work so everything lines up there's a check Markham they say it does work by a woman we're not switching no that a woman is different they're not different April oh my Loyola so yes the rounding coil and they told me that I that it's true Abaya is the one throughout China says April that's a sheet throughout it's a certain learning and rub his mouth was no I don't like I don't like changes it's the way it is let's figure it out although there's one place that at least one place that it's the April of the April fine table over here we're talking about Meister Shaney the awesome we're talking about myself that came to her it's hers she brought she brings it into the marriage so this mice that she brings in as Rashi says it comes from a higher table [Music] and you cannot be my kindness or woman with it it's not his so therefore since it's not the mice and shiny of the husband whose money is she using to redeem this master Cheney she's using her husband's money but that's somebody else's money that's Rojo has a bunch of fruit and she's using Ruben's money to redeem her fruit that kind of redemption does not require okaymish the only time you require climbish is when it's your fruit but it's the woman's fruit using the husband's money it doesn't work like that that's why in this case where mayor says look at the top of the page because we're talking about a case that it's her fruit she brings into the marriage and she's stealing using her husband's credit card to be pointed so it's somebody else you don't you don't have to do that currently about the husband has no no ownership of it is just like the husband could take this Major Cheney and be my Cottage a second wife with it or whatever he wants to do with it so if she uses his money to be party to his mind so shiny you have to give a high if you just joined us today for the very first time or if you're spacing out until now here's a brand new sogio the Taurus says you destroyed his eye you send them free following and if you destroys the the evidence tooth Shan Vine we call it they go out free now there's if you just read the possible like like the people that just learned prayer they don't have gemara it says ayin and Shane and the story what about if I chop off the guy's fingers what if I chop off his nose the answer is yes how do we know that from a limo we see what is uh what does shenanine have in common that they're very visible you destroy it there's no function anymore a guy can't chew with that tooth he's blind from that eye now if you take off his finger same thing it's visible he has no uses with that finger he goes [Music] and all 24 tips of the ivarum ten fingers ten toes the nose Bridge it says how do you know the Russian Farm just a quick grub the grass says why did the third say champagne if there's other things because it's beautiful why did Khan become an avid because he's over on vayar he saw his father's day and he told his brothers so it's the eye and the tooth and that's why they became he got the curse became a heaven and if you take an avid and the Avid suffers that that thing in the eye and the tooth so he had his comparison so to speak it was in that thing that is the person says he could go out foreign his hearing [Music] visual image I got to tell you there's uh there's a guy that's trying to buy his uh wife a birthday present first year marriage and uh you want to know what it put together she has she has his friend he says how much do you spend on a birthday present so his friend says um see guy goes what four thousand um four four dollars so the guys is sugar enough four dollars for birthday present if that's my wife should break your teeth [Laughter] exactly this is either Kramer's favorite joke yeah period of 20 times from it you can't say it anymore in the Chevron CV all right I thought it was good lettering looking Fender okay I saw you laughing I saw you I saw without a little London not to laugh but yeah yeah [Music] like we find here we do over there in movies they can regenerate and they're visible moment we have a cloud in the Toyota if the Torah says the ones then the third is telling us take this idea use it the whole time but if the tire tells it twice three times then why is the tire saying it twice or three times because the third is telling us only in these two cans only these two things and nowhere else says Rashi if you look usually Rashi doesn't say this but over here it says two lines from the bottom should have said one and you learned the whole time from it so why did the toy have to say two so the way to get out of it is to say that each one has a special Allah that's why the third didn't say one yeah see how come you don't even say once I can't say once because I wouldn't know certain things I had to say it twice and if I had to say it twice then I could learn from it foreign that's what we're talking about the the Eyes Nose order he says a person appreciates what he has he realizes that he has all his fingers all his toes he's able to walk he's able to carry things and he has his eyesight and he has his and he's able to eat then he's good you have to count our blessings literally I would think that these are baby teeth that if a person knocks out if a master knocks out or young child's baby tooth then you you go out because Rahman or iron says no it has to be something that that's there for it that's gonna be damaged forever so it's very interesting I don't know I didn't like look it up but if a person an adult a 50 year old his tooth gets knocked out and then you find that he has a third set of teeth there's such there's something like that it's been happen so hurry won't go out no because the terrorist says it has to be something that's permanent that's what I think I don't know he said Noam doesn't agree okay so I shouldn't say it huh correct no what's the general rule if I could see without an eye if the guy's what that's what you're saying I don't I don't I don't believe that the target the before Sugar Bar not like you it's not it's not the Umar tells us that it's a baby tooth it does it's not a problem you don't just generalize I I think differently I'm allowed to argue with you so that's what we're not gonna say don't pass me if you have a slave and he grows a third tooth don't tell him that he has the word for you okay fine does anybody agree with me in this room I'm the only one Uncle Phil agrees with me he says push it he says posture he says push it that way great because the most most of the room doesn't agree with me it says I have to see what it is because of that I would edit we just brought down the level of the sheriff because but no if at all he said I in and now I'm saying okay but teeth have to be the teeth that are adult teeth and we may look just as iron and I know everything no have I mean imagine every boy of course you never eat my a human being is born with an eye as we'll see later in the morning before I mean we don't need to write for that but more talks about if a master poke said I right by childbirth during childbirth a person not born with a Shen so maybe I would think that if we knock out a teeth a tooth it's like knocking off a nail or something it's not something that he's born with so he doesn't go out to Freedom that's why I need these two and again if I have these tubes okay and I have each one has three USA then I can learn out of those tubes again for the rest of the environment now I have a source for all avarum anything the ear whatever it is scenario boy said we're gonna go into Cloud Prather cloud and again usually when you say kalopath or Cloud it's like uh I said somebody said you said there who's I went to sleep but we're gonna do Cloud product Cloud we're gonna change it here it's gonna be different than you ever saw before in your life here we go Claus you don't see oh yeah it's very very simple the uh sponsors he's busy with that okay before we do Cloud brother another my uncle Rebel Hunter bressman and as this goes for a year filled with masterbach and pronounce and sponsored by Greg Haber broker Brios for his family with Ellie and all md1 everyone doing the death basically in the solutions I'm very very simple generalization specification generalization or there's something else called revoid the the article calls it amplification limitation amplification okay it sounds the same it's almost the same and they operate very similar and they're using the same words it's just slightly different outcome very slight generalization means in this case it says in the positive that the master hit a slave he caused damage it doesn't say what doesn't say what so we understand everything a broken bone under you know could be up here down there it could be a leg and a cast and you don't nobody will ever see that damage it could be a finger it could be an eye give you a tooth we don't know it could be because there any damage possible cloud then the Torah limits it the target says no Chennai it's it's just these two now look what happened to those five things in the first list they become an X The Thirst is only these two but then when the Toyota does another cloud so basically we limit many things but we add stuff so Cloud means everything prop means very very limited then Cloud expands it somewhat but we're left with a with some of the prac we have to understand so what we do is we say it has to be similar to The Practice anything that's very similar to the brat it doesn't have to be an eye and a tooth it can be anything like an iron or two it could be the nose something that's visible and you lose the usage but what about what you see over there this hand going like this that we're going to talk about that's a hand that shrivels up but later on it grows back that's like the least damage possible because this human being is going to get his usage out of that hand for now it's shriveled it's worthless and then it pops back up there's even a lot can be a lot of words filling on a hand like that if it's considered a hand Etc so now let's see inside I think it's very very passionate broadens the limitation thank you very much it's similar to the first uh uh Cloud but we have to take into account the prep now the only difference between a reborn mute and a reboot if we take this these exact words it's the same words but instead of putting the green word cloud we put a word reboot and it's an amplification instead of a generalization call whatever you want the only thing is that when it comes to the prath we're going to limit one item only versus limiting many that don't that don't resemble the shemalian we're going to limit just one that's the whole difference so it's not that scary clown for the rest of the shots it's the same idea we had it just the other day I think we had a massage the problem with monster Chavez was that Yoshi was already tired and he went slofen somebody I'm not going to say who didn't allow him to work any any longer than one o'clock in the morning didn't make any sense to me she'd been working through the night but they had to go to sleep five here we go you see the cloud means everything we could go back if you want to see it back kiyaga means every type of injury even hidden injuries Shen value in Pratt but then the Torah immediately says it has to be a truth and an eye brat I every time we talk about iron I talk about Rabbi Zach's from the the repel Zacks he's the grandchild of time so he had a um a glass eye and it was a big everybody all about him knew so he's once for Herring to come to the Shiva and when the Fajr is over he looks at the book and says it's the right eye it's the right eye because the apparently the boy was like the whole time like which eye is it fine yeah so anytime you have a cloud Prat so then the third is telling you it has to be like this limitation it has to be exactly these two oh but then the toy goes the word here so Pratt would mean only the eye and the tooth but then the tire says another classy the whole world is extra because he's saying let him lose so the words you have a clown in the front you have a sandwich two column on both sides proud in the middle yes then it's not completely limited to the Shema but it's it gives us guidelines it narrows it down what's the word you use now it broadens the limitation just like the pride is I it's right there in front of everybody's face everybody sees it once a person Islam it doesn't heal I've called if you a slave is to go out with a mom it must be a mom mom like uh the tip of a finger it's a mom it's not coming back it's not gonna go back you go out Maybe it must mean that is in other words it's out of commission the eye is out of commission I'll never come back maybe it has to be that that that kind of mom that is completely out of commission I love Italian but we know something else um if a guy a master grabs his slave's beard and he dislocated a bone in the beer in the in the Jaws now who needs a jaw it's not like it's not bottle you don't need that the bone maybe it's not invisible everybody why because we're switching to this rash you're switching now from a cloud of Prado Cloud to a reboy miot the reboy says everything yeah I did too fast the reboot says just like a cloud whenever you injure the guy goes to Harris and then the meat limits it I and uh I'm sorry with some Services if it's everything literally everything if we forget this meal part if we go to the reboy it should be any type of injury in other words even if you hit the guy and the master hits the slave on his hand and it shriveled up causing major damage a temporary major damage just overlapping tsunami so even if it comes back that should also be considered a injury that it goes free and that can be a lot of Italian you call it some civilized if it's not permanent he doesn't go out of hairs so now we have a reborn and the meal it only comes to take out one one item what's the one item the furthest thing from a a blind eye what is that a hand that's going to grow back or any limb that's going to have a completely recovery and there's no permanent damage so that's a riba meat the reboy it it includes every every organ that's damaged and it's permanent but it excludes the meal just includes one type of injury that'll have a completely recovery turn around annoying when the player says he goes up Ayan does the Torah mean that he literally goes after Shema you knock the guy's tooth out he walks away no documents nothing rep Sherman says no sorry you need uh an entire document you have to give him that document but he won't be completely free he won't be jew a complete Jew and marry Israel something you give him that document s because we have big those who who isn't that a there's a better word no they decided okay they they were makria they they maybe cited what there's no better word than nicer they decide no but Mercury would also mean like they they took the scale to one right so it's not decided okay I thought they might be a better word we'll get it in the email basis what is telling you go out and you don't have to don't have to get against you says that you do need to get your sharing why because this is a penalty from we just went through a whole 10 minutes of reboy Mio dreamboy Cloud practice Cloud we came out at the end that every Aver goes what it is right it is a deriser but we're concerned that you might bump into your slave in the marketplace one day you're walking down the street up come here Tony take my stuff well but I went out uh it's too bad no so not the truth the truth not but I went out I have a I don't have a finger geyser to make on this director I'll get you hello my time so why is the difference that you need to get your y'all live Shiloh actually here's the puzzle that's by a slave The Shield is by a get huh so we learned that you need to start cameras if it said look it says first first is free he goes you go out without a get on he knocked his eye and he became blind he didn't take his eye out he blinded him but his eye is still there he whacked his ear and made him deaf evidence that's enough to go out of here you don't need him to literally break his tooth or or knock rip his ear off as long as he made him death as long as he made him blind what if he goes to a wall creates a huge sound he he detonates a bomb right in front of him and it causes him to lose his eyesight says Rashi how do you lose his eyesight from the shot it's not a physical thing it's a shock Connecticut I looked this up and says that something called postpartum vision syndrome that a person that was in a war could literally lose his eyesight I don't know completely but major eyesight issues because it's all nerves in the brain and if a person has brain damage from his uh traumatic experience it causes uh causes damage right yeah the famous myself where there was a guy in the war that the Nazi uh put a gun to his head and he pulled the trigger and uh nothing came out and then like the next day his hair was white you never know myself I can tell you Maison my father he had to go to America with my I had a sister that was born in the seventh month surgery is the whole thing so we just made Aliyah and he couldn't take us so we we stayed in a stroll for three months and let me say my uh my uncle and he took my my sister and um when he came back maestershire came back with a white beard it was completely from the Tsar from the The agma Savage that he had dealing with this kid and all the surgery complete white he was young he's in his 30s whatever boom so there's such a such a thing it changes the uh the physique or whatever it is he telling me Oh so so again if if he break he creates a shock and he created that he's deaf through Charlotte their their sound created I just want to show you this first of all this is called Michelle it's not I'm not going to make it into these are shots but there's a there's a teaser for bubble camera which is next myself exactly you know and we're going some very good look at this okay we'll change it but over here it says if you look closely it says um says Rashi um okay and then let me just show you this real quickly Yoshi worked on it it was a quicker one this one but it's we need some volume and then this is a donkey and uh if you look at the rooster it's his head is inside a glass all right and then she screams okay okay it was quick and rudimentary but it gets the job fine foreign when a person has a trauma the people that live life their entire life they had a traumatic experience when they were younger and they take it throughout their whole life it causes damage but it's their doing they decided to live with that trauma not not faulting them but they a human being could go through the same exact trauma as the other guy and nothing he brushes it off okay we go advisory we're gonna look forward some people live with trauma and the trauma dictates where they go but it's themara says he's creating the Travis himself the same guy doesn't have to be blind he can take that seven up nothing you see like a woman Hears A she'll jump four feet and the guy goes it's the same sound it's how you deal with it huh yeah trauma isn't what happened to you it's how you define what happened to you 100 doesn't come says it here so who did it not the guy that made the loud sound but the guy that that heard the sound because Harry Potter if you cause your friend you scare him like me and reminson a different time no time now so he Potter you can't take him to Benson you should it's the right thing to do you should pay him okay if you made a loud noise and you made him deaf obviously it's not a physical deafness if the noise was physical or you put a a jet engine by his ear and he became deaf of course you're high when we were talking about Graham had been a zaken what's that Allah here it is another thing obviously Grandma you cause it to yourself anymore it says we're talking about in such a situation that the trauma caused it not the physical a person and he did the same thing why because he did a physical thing very interesting I just say quickly because we're late there's uh says that Alias was actually and he was the slave of a Verma Vino and everyone yelled at him and his tooth fell out but he didn't call Heroes because he didn't he didn't do physical he didn't mean to do it and he didn't we'll see so and everyone went afterwards and he took it he didn't hit him he just screamed and his tooth fell out but everyone took the tooth and he made a bit out of it that's how large the tooth was [Music] um we have to go even though it's 805 we have to go two more minutes here sorry about it he whacked his eye and made his eye weak in other words let's say it went from 100 Vision to 20 I'll see now even though he'd loosened this tooth he still hasn't too so depends establishments if you could still use his eye he could get a round sort of then it's okay then he doesn't go out them live but if he can't see anything he's completely legally blind even though he has 20 vision and we had another price very similarious if his eyesight was only at 20 let's say anyway and he finished off the 20 he made him 100 blind his tooth was shaking the pillar and he knocked it out if he was able to use it beforehand and now he can he goes so now the question is that's literally the same thing right if you you you create a situation where you can no longer use it then he goes out and if you don't create that situation it doesn't go out that if you take even a damaged eye and you you you damage it more you make it completely useless then he goes out so now what's the difference in the beginning start off with seeing 100 and now he's at 20 I would love it because but over here the second price you start out with a 20 Vision Emily maybe you shouldn't punish him that much you shouldn't lose a slave it was a terrible Vision to begin with no we asked me and if you say the second Bryce because he made him from 80 80 blind to 100 blind but in the first one he didn't completely make him blind yes you're right he can't see it anymore but he's not completely blind he can still see something maybe some light whatever have a wonderful day in England [Music]
