Daf Yomi Kiddushin Daf 17 by R’ Eli Stefansky

foreign [Music] [Laughter] [Applause] [Music] is walking up here the a bus a bus came up the street and they all got out over here it's remember the learner with this gun from New York from the rally hotel where boys are if you need a hotel in New York the rally hotel and if you need a chair [Music] the mental learner wants to tell the ilum that the way to go is zoom it's you say the way you want to say it what are you saying here zoom in on him see if you can put on your head put on your head for this you need to put on your put on your head all right now we're talking say what you want to say news up again each individual person at home and it's a commitment of people about about 100 people around every single day the same amount is in this room and they all personally remember their belly and the commitment is is a strong thing and the value called us that once a week we'll be able to say a few words and I came to voucher that listen when we have time when we turn Thomas bass and I see in the clock that is more than 15 minutes from the base I'm gonna put matasan so the mom is laughing the boys say I want to tell you I have a tremendous announcement the MS one of the biggest announcements of mdy Hashem for the tremendous occasion of finishing half a shots and finishing Cedar nashim we secured an entire Hotel in the New York area and we're doing a shabbaton for the first time ever [Music] we're gonna get it's going to be a Shabbos of kizuk a Chavez of uh world renowned speakers of getting to know them in just yesterday Benny rodnick I don't know how he got word of it he already booked his tickets for Mary destroyal to this I know many people in this room are going to book tickets and they're going to be there so if you want to get to know the illuminary control look out next week the registration is opening it's a ready hour Hotel and uh it's a nice place and it's going to be a Shabbos like no other Shabbos so I'm very much looking forward what the dates are gonna fly in that's what about you that's what I just said hi welcome back wow so I'm looking forward as everything else we're talking about almost a million dollar budget for that one Chavez so if you are in charge of some sort of Corporation and we're looking for some sponsors some serious sponsors um already one of our big khasure of him already contacted um Jesse Klein about a nice sponsorship it's just to make it more affordable for the ilum and um we're looking forward I'm gonna work on nothing Seltzer after the khasana see if he will join us you want to join you're joining what about you you're joining what about you Mendel that doesn't sound good there's a stick of safari over there in New Jersey 440 rooms it's limited 440 moves he only has 300. you're not coming no no we don't want to do that to him we want to pay all right it was because of this tremendous announcement we're not going to do too many emails here this is uh just a this is your guy you went this Castle I really enjoyed this year here's a photo of Norm Hayman's pattern wearing any white sacks at his own wedding this week here he is right boys I I and shopping sent us and he just saw this note it says that's our these these uh wagons were broken because of you did you know that they don't they don't work well on the streets did you know that each one cost 800 checkout do you know that it's also for you to take this out of the supermarket so they put it up okay huh [Laughter] the coilover sponsor that will be married to Crown Hashem the merciful sponsored by luck and loving families Lego New Jersey because Toyota and actors are the best segula is thank you it reminds me that uh during yellow every single day where's Mathis Mathis you want to say a few words it's in the video just say let's say let's share no put them on you know how to put them on Gary go let's hear let's see if this thing works talk math is talk nope hold on keep on talking what your mic is not alarm at this why is this gonna just turn it on I am here oh Pick Up the Volume let's go let's hear uh getting the matters of a course about living currently in Manchester I never thought the film is for me until I got recruited uh by Magilla by my son and since then I'm loving it I'm loving I chose the very easy way the way of Zoom I don't have to find the mankapura it just happens every day in the morning as a group learn and Real Time with the normal speed of rebellious voice so thank you my captain and uh let's learn let me listen all right [Applause] that five o'clock in the morning every single day and the the New York is already like one o'clock okay wow what is this matadas okay and if you don't know what he's talking about again four years ago every single day to say good morning of Rami every single day because there's only a few people then on zoom and live good morning everyone that's it father of eight in the ICU in serious condition talking about serious condition one of our khaverim who watches this year every single day is in very serious condition a very young guy person that wrote an email we said this is we're still doing a little bit of these drushes but I want to point out before you fall asleep here this is one of the MS one of the easiest dapin that we had and we had even yesterday's death very very easy if you just click in and realize that it's easy there's just one small little sugary another small Suga we are holding by goofa uh like 10 lines from the bottom let's say goofa elu manikim lohm these are the types of Avada and the servants the slaves that you give them gifts as they leave and if you check out the chart there are three that are for the man three for the woman when he works for six full years he goes out after the joyville every 50 years this is Master dies and all my video goes out the Simone when she returns but if the slave runs away and if he prorates the amount of time that he works imagine if a guy who sold for six years for 600 and on the first day of his job he goes back to his master and he gives him even the whole 600 back expecting that he gets all these gifts it's thousands of dollars worth of gifts whatever it is we'll see how much it is that's not fair he doesn't get it now I just want to show you what Yoshi worked on two nights ago so it took him many hours this picture don't ask me why it takes a lot of time this is a slave that's running away and you there's a sign there that says based on the gamar in a second that we're talking about that joyville is the following day this guy completely messed up by him running away one day early thinking that he's you know he's nevermind he's gonna run out and run away he lost all his gifts because he missed it by the day he worked for six years try to copyright tomorrow public you ever shook her every event 12 30 prime okay huh Irving keeper yeah he makes uh enough communion if you run away you don't deserve any guess yes he says no you're running cursive is something that we'll see in a second why not and we saw this yesterday these are the four according to shipment slightly different scholarship is the man doesn't have four only three the fish ain't seen him on a so he holds nirsa goes up the evil he has another yellow there and there's not received by a woman and there's no sea money by a man says um that leaves after six years old and how do you know the other type of Avada and the death of the master how to know that they get gifts I impossible foreign you sat there against your will at the table but you took his cash so it has to do with you you let him go huh you don't understand it so well neither do I so so I'm alive there is a little bit of a but you see that's a little bit more of you than than you imagine it's a little different okay so what but you had a part of it that's not enough Barack is 100 you 100 the event I don't do with it you're a party to this it takes two to tango he was there he accepted the money yesterday forced me but he's dead I hear what you're asking out here but it's very different than Maria let's assure that's according to shito if he runs away it's not the end of the story he has to come back and and make up the days that he missed and therefore what according to Rashi he gets gifts at the end he finished up his six years he gets the gifts he has to work for six years he tried to to cut Corners he's gonna have to make it up foreign maybe he was at the end of the day he can't he can't come back but then he can say and it's not his fault banana claims are giving gifts come out on no um let's talk about this guy that got sick that he doesn't have to make it up if he got sick even if you're sick all six years yeah it happens like I don't know I don't know how it works in the sport team the guy they spend a hundred million dollars on a guy and then he breaks his leg no uh on the first day I'm sure it's something it's not whatever but I'm not gonna go stop I'm Marshall Italian but we have a problem it says that if he was sick for three years and he worked for three years does it cut off three years at least he worked for three years but if you're six for all six over here it says that if you're sick all six years he has to make it up three years not six years yes and we just said that even if he was sick for six years he doesn't have to make it up all my rap stations yeah what do I have here let's see the guy he's busy he hard he bought him to be a real slave to uh you ready here goes okay to do some real serious labor and the guy goes and he's on a sewing machine he does a little garnish at the end of the day he's doing something oh no that's that's not I don't know if you let it watch stuff while you're working but I don't know probably not not a good idea I lost a glitch but huh his boss empty wire and answer this okay no you see from here big you saw your body side A lot of times uh we give up in life you know the the it's what am I going to gain from the staff I don't remember that much or guy comes home from from a SIM card he's too tired now I'm gonna sit down learn no sometimes you have to do is you have to do a little bit a garnish because if you don't do that if you don't do the Maison you don't do even the the Avid kind of learning the one that your eyes are half close is that you know what happens you have to make it all up again you have to come back for six years or sometimes you forget so huh oh just all you have to do is a little bit go on a little Zoom he says go on a little Zoom you'll see what it is okay if any did something then it's considered considerable but not you didn't even do that then what's that you have to make up all six years [Music] now as the classic contradiction because it says if he worked for three years he was sick for three years and he worked for three years then you don't have to make it up so it's them if you're sick before only if you're sick for three you don't have to make it up what if he's six or four then it says the the end of the holocaustum only if he's sick for the entire six then he has to be imagination contradiction what happens if a person is sick for four years from the racist Mastermind he has to make it up from the same smash me doesn't have to make it up this is the color of point is three but I want to tell you how bad three plus one day is three plus one day equals six it's as if you didn't work at all even three and one day women I hope this doesn't become like a minute by Yoshi I just want to show you right over here this is uh a text message from this morning I don't know if you can see it says 3 56 a.m he he sent me a voice note of explaining what he did over here so here it is this is hanako this is the gifts so the tire says to give from sheep five sellers in the bottom five from wheat from the grain five and from wine five so it's a total of 15. that's one cheetah now the third doesn't really say five I don't say anything it gives you three meaning if you know the amount is five so three times five is fifteen now here's a ever that got gored by a shark and he goes bye-bye so the is that the owner of the the ox has to pay 30. so Omega acquaintance is thirty it's not five five it's Thirty of any of everything and finally correct not evidence and finally This Is 50 because it's like the 50 of arrogant so now let's see inside American just to point out here's the list it's a beautiful list that the the highest amount of Eric America means a person says he looks at a little kid and he says whatever he's worth the Arrogant of him that's how much I want to give to his ministers you go to the list you see how old is this kid is he under five years old above five years old if he's between five and twenty and he's and he's a boy it's 20. if it's a male between 20 and 60 he's 50. that's the highest amount so mamela if we're going to compare this evid the Hanukkah to erican we're going to go to the highest amount the 50. the third is telling us it has to be 15. now it doesn't have to be five five it could be three from this and uh seven from that thank you and five from the other it could be a mixture not everybody's so good that's three five minus three so yeah it was my time at the remain now where did you get it from yolift here the sukim voices [Music] now it's kadai maybe to think about this pausing for a second what's going on in positive every bukhar you have to give you the opinion what does that mean you shouldn't you should always come to see me in the basement okay let's go Fighter the bottom line is it says and that's called Xerox the words are the same everybody knows Commerce line by the way does anybody know much how much slime is how much is it worth huh it's almost 100 bucks and uh they give a little bit more they give almost 200 but in terms of the value today's value in silver is like uh something like right Schoenberg each one twenty dollars what so five five is a hundred it's a little less but okay fine I'm kind of coming slow oh so if that's the case so what do you have to give the evidence 300 yeah if that's I mean better 100 what no major gifts right the guy worked for six years lazy yeah yeah listen in in Africa for 300 bucks you could uh live for six years now it says it's like where did you get that has to be 15. only five examples if it says Raycom at the end you're right a recombination here I have the possible care this is better for us foreign it's talking about oil is real it's talking about ali lorego it's not talking about a car at all you take the beginning of the positives talking about and you say rake him at the end of positive means the five sellers but the reikam is going on when you come to the base I'm English you have to bring corbones with you hello I'm here here's my carbon how much does that carbon cost two more so so the Raycom should tell us that when you send out an event vasap is three hundred dollars two and a half dollars saw myself who blessed you gave you a lot because okay so not talking about small changes it has to be something significant my time in the review the wisest review to say 30. y'all definitely what's next over here hold on oh so if you look over here it says it says the word and by evidence says foreign continues e because if you have the the ability to learn Hanukkah from heaven and if it is only 30. so you go 30. hurricane is 50. we have to pause here for a second and and talk about this every year when we get to this uh to ello we discuss this somewhat I mean because uh Shawna you take upon yourself cabalis what do they call in English New Year resolution okay forget that we have Cabos how oneself so the idea is not to even calling yourself the whole world today this year I'm going to finish you xiaomi this thing I'm gonna do this so fast though you have to you have to take upon yourself something very very small something that that's significant but small in other words you don't want to take upon yourself you don't want to go first class but only one station on the train you want to take you know coach and get to the destination you want to get there you want to finish out the year doing it with all the bread for two days and then fizzle out show us if I don't tell people that um you have to think small think small so you throw the bachar think something very small thing think thing in the box of thought he says okay you have it yeah okay now whatever you thought half of that let's be small sorry asks well myself to be it should be managed uh you know something big or large so it says yeah it has to be small but large in other words you do something small like come to the sheer on time small that's not do all or just do the emails just do the emails huh you're talking to me don't do the zoom I have to share go straight to zoom or come on time to shopping whatever Lawrence okay fine I'm excited out with him huh push off the minion and what is the restaurant I'm gonna do it'll be together okay sometimes you have to take one for the team want to faster but if you grab something small then it's a solid grab and it'll be okay void going back to this thing over here if you have a choice of learning from a slave we're talking about giving us a slave a gift so you're going to learn that from another Posse about a slave or a puzzling about Erica I'm going to talk about another policy of a slave so you learn Hanukkah from heaven for 30. right it's easy that's what I'm telling you forget the Limu then just easy goes 50 of the Arrogant my time is in America Maybe it should be let's see if we can go back to that for a second here stop the the chart American what's the population three for uh a two-month-old girl is three how did you jump to 50. uh where am I did I just jump no perfect baby no you should do it large it's a broken Cinema I have cancellation asking tomorrow why are you learning why is he learning from American learn like the other man don't matter like learn Straight from Heaven why would I want to learn from Evan because why are you jumping to 50 it's better to grab something small we just established making kabali go small so grab 30 instead of 50. this this part of the cash is we just said it's better to learn from an event than to learn from America says right over here this is the mahu is talking about hurricane so we have we have a different series of what's going on here for this we have to see rash inside I like to see we read this reaction a few times because I didn't see it again says Rashi you know excuse me you decide that you don't have the right just to grab this is where it sounds like this word or oh we're gonna make a draw show every Xavier Shava comes directly from C Knight now what comes from Cena I don't know my ready told me this he learned it was Reiki raykon no it's not Rick and raycon that's what he got so once once thousands his Messiahs of michamiro you can't say why don't you learn out from an event there's no word the word is by erican so it's 50. the Grassroots it's something that comes directly from Sinai that was just the point I wanted we say it over and over like there's shove us from scene up in his Rashi again who says that it's a total of 15 you give the evidence five equals 15. they say 30 50. how does it fit into the sun going yeah foreign [Music] so he took the Sheep marriage then and there and we brought to the neighbor and he shuttered it on his porch and then we took the meat and put it in your freezer and then we had it by another Sim no parts of it the parts of it he took for himself because listen he gave me the huh is different that was different mascono was at the we did a Hulen show of all the innards and it was managed beautiful one that I can't wait to do it again survivors like all the parts of this net and then I got the matanus because I bought it that was a gift it could be this I bought huh seam of collection we had oh it was on my porch remember we had the sloth Kevin it's by you no the Cabbage was in your house though when we ate the ribs was in my house later on a different see him okay right there hello this is they they reproduce right sheep reproduced of course but when we learn about camels of course yes money doesn't grow on trees it doesn't reproduce the rib man bless you produce so mule very interesting right a horse a mule comes from a female horse and a male donkey a horse has 64 chromosomes and the donkey has only 62. and the mule has 63. so a mule could be a male or a female but it has 63 chromosomes and cannot reproduce doesn't have that even number of 6462 and Mela you cannot give a perid to says no it's different than money it starts out this big a perid and it grows it look it has bracha within it yeah it doesn't reproduce but it itself grows money doesn't grow when does money Grow Up by side it's dark uh when you give them the Y very good Jonathan how do you know from from personal experience mrma yep foreign you can do business with money they say that the the hardest thing is to make the first million once you make that first million money brings money how do you say what's the lesson the rich get richer etc etc if there's one AIDS in business it is to save money to save money because if you save money you have you can make a down payment on something people don't have that the young people they buy the nice car and this whatever money they have they cut they do no you may save up you have a hundred thousand dollars now you can buy another d-ray you could buy the this yeah okay fine huh okay [Music] you don't give mules oh in honor of my uncle impressment matters get ready we're about to speak as this was for a year filled with Mazel Bros with his family and all everyone everyone's in the darkness if the House suddenly since the heaven came foreign [Music] in the back famous maiser the musician there's a guy a big Veer they used to give a position money all the time give him a lot of money and uh give him a lot of money and then he noticed the musician is going to the market she's like why should give a position let me go straight to the market so he started he dropped his position and he started getting to the market then this Giver he lost all his money so he went to a position he said the position you gave me a curse what happened there so Jesus said until now you're giving he said give to zisha you didn't care who I was where I was you know because gave but once he started making his brightness I shouldn't give him because it's probably better to give him who looked into your account and he made his brothers with you so much I want to say this a few weeks ago a guy sat with me said I only sit with you I want to give a big donation to him the wife I want to say with you he brought up something I heard a number of times even though it's uncomfortable I'm gonna say he says I want to give but my sir I have the question a lot of people have a question why should I give you should be supporting the whole thing you should be doing the whole thing I said listen it's a million dollars a year let minimum and we want to make it two three four we have a lot to do you really think I have a million dollars duck every year and even if I did that's not the only thing I I have other sheep buildings and this and that and every day all the matchings that you get in the whatsapps and this and that which I ignore if you send me I block she said okay and he took out a checkbook he wrote me ten thousand dollars but I I see so it's bothering people at least you pay for everything so I'm telling you if you don't make his bonus because Brothers with you you're in the Hannah from here pay back don't be a freeloader um okay maybe I didn't want to say that anybody else Jonathan 100 bucks subscribe listen in Chicago I'm serious when they make a hush of a wedding they take the exact amount of money that wedding some people give it to mdy why some people make a nice wedding in your salon whatever in Chicago this was what your wedding cost if this is what your wedding costs it'll cost more than this I expect a bigger check later on what do they say we have stuff to do right you give a little bit listen let me see he's the only one that stood up and he snug okay here's the first remember that time you scream out the thousand dollars and then ten other people said a thousand but no the February just screaming at 50 shekel if I'm a member of empty shekel that's how much is 23 000 times 50 shuttle that's a lot of money no there are a lot a lot of people there's hundreds of people that give monthly and there's hundreds of thousands of people I give every day this is Barbershop there's a lot of giversary hello oh no we did this already no we didn't say that is Lam off guard yesterday asking this question evidence does it go down be Russia to the song dancer is yes [Music] foreign whose Master dies continues working for his son but now his daughter he should work for you about you so if you stop here for a second just take this in what does it mean if you have a pen and pencil take it out right now because it doesn't make any sense unless you go fight or maybe start understanding it says it should work for you and not for the person that inherits you says Rashi I'm not talking about the real inheritor the sun I'm talking about the secondary inheritors the daughter says Rashi okay so you should put a equal sign Vallely Irish equals daughter that's what I did in my tomorrow the loyala bass you say oh you should work for you and your son but now first so now that's why rash had to say it says maybe it means even your son he shouldn't work for if your Irish means son then this word doesn't make any sense it doesn't doesn't fit in but now that we explain that Yash means daughter so now is asking maybe you shouldn't even work for a son not only you but also your son but not to your daughter okay it's a little tricky but it's passion my reason to Rabbi says but wait a minute why should you work for the son and after the brother oh very simple marvelous adventure can come when it comes to you the father purchased the amount for a hundred dollars that includes the money the classification money to get married to her I don't even have to give her a ring and not only that my sunken marry her without me giving her a ring you could redeem it from either something that's going to do with it somebody went and donated it to the basement you had a field that he got for me so two things could happen there either you yourself redeeming for a certain amount of 50 core whatever you redeem it and then it's yours but if somebody else redeems it then it goes on your evil goes to the Quran he only redeems it up until question what if I don't redeem it I gave myself I didn't redeem it and the stranger dinner with him you know redeem that my own son what's that Allah it's as if as you redeemed it and therefore what it doesn't go to the koibo it says than an uncle a brother so what's even to have a minute look he steps in he marries his brother's wife his mama's like him he's making the whole thing it says the brother only steps in when there's no son but if there's a son I don't need the brothers us for him to marry the the sister-in-law so you see his son is more harsher than a brother is very simple you have a marriage tomorrow that the sun if there is a sun then there's no brother yeboom if there's no sun then there is even so you see the sun is why do you have to come on to that but besides might be I would think that the brother is comes first there's two things that a son has versus one thing that a brother has a son has yield ends we said two things and the brother only has and you slugged up oh Yee boom it's only if there's no sun says oh yeah another again tomorrow says you're using the svara that if there's no sun then there's no yiboom if there's no sun to receive them if there is a sun there's no evil it's two against one there is no two against one because what is one of those things one of those things is two how do you get the two yield and then is only how do I know that if a brother redeems the field it it does leave the family it goes to the Garden because of this virus over there American says so I have to come on to the logic of to get the tomb I don't have two it's not that complicated says why do I need that logic I have another better logic two against one there's two powerful things that the sun has yield and versus only one thing that a brother is very close to his brother because he even says it's not two against one the only way I know that it's two because I have yield the Wichita says doesn't say the only way I know is that is because of yasvara of that uh if there's a sound there's no evil okay so that's the exact same spiral of if it is the sun there's no evil it's one against one if you take off the the who's it's one against one how do I know because of clums that's exactly that's why I just use now all my videos so it's very interesting it says in the Apostle look at this this is rizio it says and then it says but we know that you don't do a woman so what is mean do what let's see how you can't do it yeah but it's in the same policy as heckish goes out free it doesn't work even for the sun I from every University [Music] why did you jump Tanaka um and let's just do one more line here we learned because it says that you were tasa rap boy side have a wonderful
