away I block his whole view he actually you know you pay more money to get the the the beach view in a hotel room you pay more money for an apartment that has a gorgeous view and you just stole this guy's view he paid he literally paid a million cheze more for the view and you blocked his view Hally yes or no anybody want to jump in on this hea is the opposite hea means that you are looking into this house over here you're not allowing him to look you are literally you're blinding him if you blind somebody you're not over on hea you're over on blinding somebody but anyway um that's question $3,000 so I went and the guy says well it's sinking so I I took a look and I bought the house on the spot I came home I told my wife I bought this house she said what are you crazy bought a house that's sinking for 93 so then I knew I did an unbelievable deal as soon as she said that it's a terrible deal like wow I didn't how good it was like the way she was so upset about it like wow this is a unbelievable deal so what I did was here I'll show you any anybody that has this situation when a house starts sinking the foundation starts crumbling in America or any I don't know about other countries basically there's some erosion of the earth below like water gets below and it erods the thing so what do you do so my was if I can fix it I'll just knock down the house and then I'll have a lot for $93,000 just the lot itself is worth more than $993,000 I bought in this company this is what they do I'm just this has nothing do the suya they put these small little uh pieces of metal they Jackhammer down they have a with hydraulics they pump it down and they basically lift up the house a little bit M it's just a few inches and then it's 30 cost me $20,000 and that was it and then I gave the house as a gift to my my father who was living in Linkwood he lived there for two years and then when he moved arel I stole it back from him and then I sold the house for over $500,000 and 30 that's the height of your ceiling anytime you have a room so if the house is 10 by 10 so half a 10 is five half of the other 10 is five together 5 + 5 equals 10 so the ceiling should be 10 once it goes lower than that sheer doesn't matter the size of the room it could be if it's a th000 feet then it's half of that is 500t then it'll have to be a 500 foot seal whatever I mean depending on the there before and he has his rights and everything but anyways what are you building a wall like this you're ruining my property I'm building it in my property I can do whatever I want in my property so there's a tus here that says so tsus says but what about the fact that I look out my window and I take care of my kids I see my kids playing in the yard they're in the park I can look at my Fields uh tus goes into this that you could have a claim on whatever is in your house and has to do with your house anything beyond your house that's not yours you don't own the view you might have paid more therefore it doesn't include light all he paid him was for bricks and mor literally but that's it we wrote in the contract I get Mansion you get Garden you got Garden I didn't get Mansion what did I get I got a a dark house I got a storage facility I don't know what it's dark now it's not a mansion what kind of mansion is it when you can't even look out the window or so that's something else that
