million dollars let's say is one in a million and let's say there's a thousand people in that City what are the chances that this guy dropped a document million and that one of the thousand people just so happened to have have the exact same name that's one in a billion that's impossible but what are the chances that somebody lost a document and anybody picked it up that's only one in a million
