he sells the property then he takes out a loan and in the loan the loan happens in Nissan he says no he writes in the document that the loan happened months ago before he even sold it so now the malva is going to grab this piece of property but he has no right to grab the piece of property because the piece of property is sold way before the loan happen so that's called a MD and that's 100% possible this is only a problem when it comes to loan documents no not only a problem the only time when it comes to a loan document because it only hurts the Mala when it comes to a regular document
