you work with a lot of companies I'm

retention is also it's a byproduct when
things have run well then ultimately you
can have better employee retention when
your company is running smoothly when
everyone has understands what they're
supposed to be doing how they're
supposed to do it and they want to work

Clarity of what you're supposed to do
the expectations because so we all have
expectations everybody's expectations
your bosses expectations your employees
expectations and very often nobody's
talking about them so your employer has
expectations and they don't necessarily
tell you what's going on so you wind up
working in a job where what you thought
your job was supposed to be or what your
boss thought your job was supposed to
what you're supposed to be doing is not
lining up with what you're actually
doing so what winds up happening is you
get miserable they get frustrated and
then nobody wants to work in that
environment Clarity Clarity of
expectations the clearer you are the
clearer you are what you are looking for
from your employee that's number one can
that solve retention issues that will
make it much easier because it creates
an environment where people know they're
doing a good job and it holds people
accountable and it holds people
accountable correct and it keeps people
doing what they're doing the second
thing which people a lot of people miss
this is they try to find somebody to do
the job who's the most available person
to do the job big mistake big mistake
because even if that's the most
available person to do the job it
doesn't mean they're going to do a good
job right so not only does the job have
to be super clear with the expectations
but the person that you're choosing for
that job needs to be the right person
for the job right person right seat
exactly right candidate employer right
two seats so so if you don't get that
straight what's going to wind up
happening is going to have a lot of
miserable employers and miserable
employees
if you just nail those two things you'll
you'll solve a lot of problems that was
