So this past Shabas we had this of hearing many incredible speakers at Rabonim let's go in no total random order we had Goldwesteri Ben Shushanar weinberg epsteitz it was really amazing and today we had Rabiel Gold who I don't think you can call what he did a speech it was more of a performance it was one of the greatest things I've ever seen in my entire life. I mean, every speaker is simply they're making sure they come back again. Now, of course, if Ellie is going to talk about it in this year and I asked permission to say this, but in I guess I don't know how he becomes like the famous speaker discovers the minor archaeological stuff. I don't know what's happening next. So the secret is that he discovered the tyrus the actual spices that are used that were used in the B mikdash. He found he actually found them. I I keep checking my phone. And finally, it's my turn to speak. I get up on stage. No video. And I tell the I have to tell you the truth. As I'm speaking right now, a video behind me should be playing. background music should be playing and you should be having the most incredible experience. But my file was deleted. So I'm showing up as myself. This is what I have. This is what I got. And I told them, I said, "My friends, this is the story of life. Hashem sends our nishoma into this world." And he says, "You have four minutes, four minutes to make an impact." and we come in and we start writing a script. I feel everybody in this room, everybody has had a script for their lives and everybody has had setbacks and disappointments. Files have been deleted. He works like every like all the top guys in MDY that have full-time jobs, but the real full-time job is MDY. He works at least eight hours a day on in MDY every day. He's such a doer. You have no idea. You tell him, you tell him once. I I think this he only calls you back when it's done or he'll say in the middle he'll say mappel means it's being worked on I'm taking care of it and it's done he brought so many people the WhatsApp groups the the the shabaton from A to Z all these ideas and Toker who's here by the way a famous the most famous radio personality Dickman all the radio guys you got them you got Kobe Cellah who's also fluent from St. this magazine, that magazine, the the whole thing. And he goes to two shi a day, Hebrew and English. He hardly hardly misses two shi a day and he's he's the the soul of the shar. He sings. He in middle she'll just go out the niggan. He's the whole gets the food. It's unbelievable. One guy one guy was worth every second. And I I went to him a bunch of times and I said, "Benny, you got to come work for MDY full-time." Like, "If you pay me what I'm earning, then no problem." Like, "How much do you earn?" Tells you some shing a number. Like, no. MDY. It's not a We're not a Fortune 500 company. I spoke it out with rebell. And we said, "You know what? If it's going to give him a and maybe it'll get him started on the DAFF and get him involved in the DAFF, then why not? Let's bring him on. And then he told me that he even though he was at that point, he got to a point where he still was having these suicidal thoughts. He got himself pills and he was about to take the pills and he said he decided he would watch one more shear before he does it. And at that for whatever reason that shear that he picked out me and Noam and Nachman and Mendy are having a good time with each other with Rebelli and all together. We're all something's happened. I don't remember the context. He was telling me I don't I just I was trying to rush to get in here and uh he said after he saw that he felt you know what this is my family. I feel a part of these people. I feel connected to these people. What an amazing story. And the person is still here and he didn't do it. So bar hashem. So I know some of you skip the emails. I encourage you all to listen to the emails. I get stirred inside every time. And every time I hear one of these stories in my head, I do a little cha-ching because that's a return and it never gets old. In business, you hear about returns every quarter from your investment advisor. And sometimes he gives you some excuse about why you didn't make any money this month. But here, the return is daily. Has benefited from it. Ironically, he's sleeping more now than he was beforehand. And the biggest of the growth of the Israeli shear is that we're only in the very early stages. Because in Israel you have so much potential. There are literally millions of Yidden keeping Shabas and connected to Yiddishkite. You have thousands of people who went to yeshiva but are now in the working world. So the amount of people who know how to learn is tremendous. While Dafomi here might be a for somebody that's not learning anymore in Israel, a lot of times they're secondass citizens. And Ellie has changed that. MDY has changed that. And thousands and thousands of Israelis that were otherwise not learning are now learning. That is a revolution. And we're seeing the same stories that we hear in the English cheer. We're hearing him in the Hebrew shear. A coy little guy who says he was a leayer coasting and not really learning, but now he's learning. Or a third grade rebby. Could you imagine who wasn't learning and now he's learning? Or a family that almost got divorced, but but because they saw of Ellie hanging off a jeep in the safari, they decided to get to stay together. And many, many more stories. That's not marketing. Mosha Conn is one of the main players in the Hebrew Shir who flew in for this weekend. And I don't know if you know this Ellie, but this is the first time he's ever been to America. Okay. He he owns a wedding hall in Benabro and opened up his entire hall for us. We hosted a beautiful Malava Mala a few weeks ago for over 500 people who came from all over Israel. People we've never met before. All inspired by Rebelli. This doesn't happen unless something it real is happening. That is your ROI. Now, sometimes when I take a case, I'm not sure how the case is going to go. And it could go either way. You could win, you could lose, but sometimes you uncover one key fact. It changes everything in your case. I had a case that I filed in relation to a real estate transaction behalf of somebody. He claimed that the seller had defrauded him in a real estate deal. Shocker. Somebody lied in a real estate transaction. And but we couldn't necessarily prove any fraud. How could we prove it? But this summ when I came with my brother Ellie something I don't remember exactly what it was but something must have happened but the next morning I'm like ah you know it's starting. And just to show you how deep it went into my system, I remember going mountain biking a lot, but at the time outside the hills of Armesh and then we were learning minos and I stopped in Arab Bedwin and I said, "Hey, I want to do a video for this year." So I called up one of the biggest artists in there and he said, "Nah, I can't work for you, but I have I have some students." So I called him up and the student tells me, this woman, she says, "I could do it, but I work on every character about six to seven weeks." I'm like, "Six? We're starting the in a week. I need 10 characters today." I'm sorry. Hangs up the phone. Anyway, I call him my good friend Yud the Freigh and he works in, you know, gets he says, "I have the I have a guy for you." His name is Yoshi. On day one, on day one of my search, Yoshi fell into our labs. You understand the naysayer? We're a year and a half into searching and we can't find another Yoshi. We can't find another A guy AI guy. And in one phone call, the first person that I actually sat down with in this, it was Yoshi. And boy, I want you to hear just a few words from Yoshi. He's going to make it quick. He's very shy. He doesn't like speaking in public, but I felt it's important for you to get to know who the man behind all the magic is with the AI videos, with all the art that we see every day. He makes the dishmak for everybody. And believe it or not, he makes a kishmak for me. So, thank you so much again. Rebelli the truth is right. Rebell is right. I don't usually speak in public. If I want to say something, I usually draw it. But um Rebelli spoke about the nace of how I came into MDY's lap. So I want to tell the my side of the story. In uh in 2015, I started trying to get into the art industry. And I don't know if any of you guys know, but it's a very competitive field. And it was it was very hard for me to to break into it. And and um so at some point they said, "Okay, I'm gonna have to switch gears in my my career." I I went I started doing customer service and um I said I'm putting away my easel. That's it. I'm done. And one day, end of 20 uh beginning of 2022, I get a phone call and some guy I I would get these phone calls every so often. Some people, you know, a project or something and I usually tell them I don't really do art anymore. And um this person gets on the phone, he starts talking. I'm half listening. He says his name. I said, "Okay." Okay. And um I said, "Yeah, I don't really do art anymore." So he says, "Okay." Um so that was it. I was going to hang up the phone. I said, "You know what? Tell me what you need." And um maybe I could make a recommendation. I knew a few other artists. So uh he says, "Yeah, I have like a daffir." And I said, said, "One second, what's your name?" Ellie Sansky. Oh, one second. Let's start the conversation over. So I told myself, I can't say no to such a thing. I uh went through the yeshiva system and I and I value I I was actually doing the dapa. I had started for ruffles and um I said yes and I thought to myself imagine says many times you see the pushing you in a certain direction something happens see a certain direction and if you if you say no you may lose out on a on a life opportunity. So my n this is my side of the story rebell I don't know if you've ever heard it but um was that I said yes and bashm I never looked back and so rebelli asked me to speak a little bit about um what the art department does a little bit of behind the scenes and um I just wanted to we'll try to make a quick rebell but uh there's a lot that goes into the into the process behind the scenes. Some people say that you know AI you put a prompt in, you click a button and you know out comes a picture but somehow um we work for many many hours every single day from it's a full-time job for Hashem. It's more than a full-time job. You could ask uh Yasi Klein he'll tell you. And not only that, a few months ago he said, you know, we got to bring another guy. This is his mom's crazy. It's seven days a week. Friday nights Friday, Friday makes a chabas, you got to bring another guy in. We brought Bushm. We had Seattle. We found somebody named Schlommo Shrivever. Unbelievable guy. And he mamaish right into the team. So we said great, it's going to get easier. But uh we discovered that it actually got harder because we said, "Oh, look what we could do now. We have a team." So we start. And that's I don't know if the noticed the art got a little bit better recently, but and um Marasham is a tremendous place to be part of Elli's um team to help bring um his dream in reality. I just wanted to say one small thing and I I forgot to say this earlier was and the scufa that I started doing art during gamus I was I actually was in between jobs and I offered MDY I said maybe you know maybe I'll join maybe uh you know you want to and um and they till they got back to me and everything it took a little bit of time it was around the time of uh sed and And um you know I tell I told Reveli by the way I just got a job somewhere in July. He's like no get out of here. Are you serious? So he announced it he said we just lost a major opportunity. And a day into my job I texted Rebellia. I said it's not it's not going well at this rate. I'm going to be at MDY Hashem. And after I think it was just like a half a year I called Rebell up. I said, you know, um, it looks like I'm going to end up leaving this place. So, Rebelli sent me one image, simple chart that he created. It was just a bunch of small little coins showing the different cells as different types of coins that are that are brought down of the Gomorra. And he said, "Yoshi, look at this thing. People told me this chart was amazing. And mom has changed their whole way. They understood the suggestion what you could do to help." And this is really rebell's dream taking tra making it not only gishmach to make it understandable make it gishmach and understand at the same time. Sometimes I don't understand the sigy myself till I get one of bellies uh sketched out charts and I start putting it together and I said oh wow that's I I understand the sigya now. So it's it's unbelievable to see um how the art not only helps um in that direction, it comes back to us and it keeps us going. and Hashem, our dream is like Rebelli was just saying now to grow the team to bring another person and to continue spreading terror to the masses through through the through the art and um yeah um we'll continue going and um we're going to now come to us and um to continue um with the Abasatyra that rebellious spreading and um continueing before we have the guest speaker the not the guest the keynote speaker we're going to show a video now this is a video that Yasi Klein had his main vision he's like I need to show how the year grew throughout the Let's take this year how we started and where it is today.
