house that day i thought to myself wait a minute i was born this way all of us here were born this way and we were given this gift of being jewish and it's such a montana that you get this mock i so much for everything [Applause] so i uh i was a regular teenager high school is fine we all had that 12th grade experience going through corona where we had this daily process of waking up in the morning going to share a few minutes late hopefully adopting chakras but there's no guarantee of that i did share in my kitchen so there was an open fridge the entire time i developed the sort of weird habit of half focusing half making omelette at the same time and these are patterns that just repeated i'm now not and the thing is i didn't really have much consistency in my life right i tried to experiment with new things i tried making things more exciting because i was doing the same thing on a daily basis and it just wasn't exciting so fine i was hoping that shawna allen had an incredible experience of going on something trying to push me in the right direction with developing a passion for what i'm doing on a daily basis now eventually came to point where the entire yeshiva was doing the sakasota towards the end i tried i really tried i i did a few dolphin i really focused on them but i just i couldn't keep up with the yeshiva they finished they made a beautiful see him i was there but being the person that had to see him who didn't finish the uh is a little awkward but and it wasn't until this year that i started learning magilla that i realized an important concept to talk this whole interaction where the three military charades served three different purposes one of them lifted up esther's next one of them made her look more beautiful and one of them extended akashera's acceptance or two the golden sector i got into thinking what this actually represented what does it really mean to have a golden sector and what the power of that actually mean and i got to thinking and i realized we have so many opportunities in our life where hashem sen zamala that could be saving the jewish people we don't know the impact of what hashem offers us can actually be we don't know what the impact of doing the dog is so when ralph stephens he came around to yeshiva torah and said here's an incredible opportunity here's the golden scepter i'm the golden scepter hashem is extending towards you i thought here it is here is the consistency here is something i can be a part of and the way that i actually put that into practice was there was a time during the magilla where i was sick i had to keep bronchitis a few weeks ago it was not fun i missed five dollars it was not good say the least but i felt so connected to the dog at that point i felt like i was part of something bigger and i recognized the importance of it how crucial it was for me to be continuing this and how amazing it would feel by the end and what did i do the day that i felt better i'm not recommending you do it because you know it's kind of not recommended but i did the day stuff and then i did all five dots in that night because because i just i knew that if i had to stay consistent with it i would fall off and i loved being a part of something bigger so what's the lesson so we don't understand the power of the opportunities for us there are so many golden scepters in our life that our ship is extending towards us we have to recognize that no matter what hashem is giving to us we don't recognize the power take those opportunities be a part of something bigger recognize that every single opportunity in our life can be expanding with something that could save the jewish people this was the opportunity that esther hamada used to save the jewish people this is what hashem's message to maybe all continue to do the doc maybe all continue to be consistent maybe all take advantage of those golden scepter opportunities [Applause] yes [Music] don't answer it raise your hand week and by uh after a year almost almost here learning together we finished the ballot we got about 14 but i went off to yeshiva a changed person it really changed me and i had a lot of regards to
