I could not have imagined to have such a group of friends and such a Chevra for a Daf that I was told not to do. >> [music] >> Good morning, Chavrusa. Okay, so let me have everyone. What MDY has given me is well beyond anything I can ever, ever >> This is MDY does, and it applies it to today's generation, and it makes it attractive to where the people today need to hear the Torah. >> I was going on a business trip. It was the first day of my life that I took a Gemara, actually, and a cipher with me. Anyway, that day was 1,000 days ago. I haven't really been learning for 35 years. I haven't missed a daf since I started doing the shiur with Reb Belly. >> [music] [music] >> By far, the best thing here is seeing all the relationships and the engagement and how excited everyone is to to learn Torah together. >> [music] [music] >> Not Jewish with a strong and American accent, it would be GOOD FOR YOU. >> [music] >> YOU GUYS SEE HE DID IT AGAIN. ANOTHER wonderful trip. Hopefully another trip next year. Is that a mission? Thank you. >> There was a neighbor that saw her at 14 and said this girl is out of this world. The king offered her I He brings over here the amount of gold and silver you can't possibly imagine. Still she said, "I'm not." He said, "It's either you take this life or I will give you the worst death." She said, "Then so be it." And the best is yelling at her. "Don't die. You don't have TO GIVE YOURSELF UP." And she said, "This is me and this is what I'm going to do." They said to her what they're going to do to her. She still said, They said, "We're going to tie your hair to the back of a horse-drawn carriage and by your hair you're going to be dragged through the city until you die." >> [singing] [music] [singing] [singing and music] [music] [singing] [music] [singing] [music] >> Every single trip we do just gets better and better and better and it's uh something really special. >> I think I'm just in the presence of giants here. Everyone here is a male the king of what they do and I'm watching them all to give therapy to 50,000 people every single day. I calculated something like 5 to 6 billion dollars a year. Okay? >> [music] [music] [singing] [music] [singing and music] [music] [singing] [singing and music] [music] [singing] [music] [singing] [music] >> Watching the sheer live in person Rabbi Eli has been really, really fun. >> You have no idea the uplifting thing you did for me on this trip. >> The most important thing for me personally, I think my wife saw the greatness of MDY. >> They say that MDY is a family, but I think they are the brothers and the sisters and the mishpacha. This is the people are sitting here. >> [singing] [music] [singing] >> Now, it's a global phenomenon of 50,000 plus and 250,000 are being affected. >> Getting another kid to learn Torah, impacting a complete family, be ezrat Hashem, we should be able to do just as much and if not more the coming year.
