I'm standing here tonight on the Route 9 in Tom's River right off the 70 by the shopping mall, the row of the brand new store, MB Vineyards. Now, we all know MB Vineyards from Brooklyn, Norman Avenue and Avenue J, the famous Benji. He just opened up here in Tom's River. Let's check it out. We all know you Benji from Brooklyn from the Avenue J store. Beautiful store. And now you wanted to give the lake quitters an opportunity. Yes. And Toms River and Jackson and Manchester and Brit. Yes. Gorgeous store here. Thank you. Thank you. See, in Brooklyn, you can't pull this off. People don't have the space. In Brooklyn, you have one little aisle, maybe. One little aisle, maybe. Well, take us around. Okay. I'll take you on a brief tour. Uh so uh not everything is fully fully set up but we're almost there. We're going to have things designed by category. So here you have lours, champagnes, roses, whites, uh you have French, Italian, California, some Spanish as well. We have some really nice sale items uh going around uh the section seasonal items. Oh, so and the interior space actually we have kosh pesak items and those will be seasonal items. So we can have meatboards, we can have uh chocolates, uh we can have olive oil from lots of interesting options. Beautiful. Um and here we have error. Yes, that that's beautiful. They have a whole section just lovers. Yeah. Here we have spirits on sale. Not this is year round. Year and the remaining spirits begin over here and you have under the arches. I love these arches. Who designed this store for you? Yes. Uh so Him Stern actually yeah did a great job and uh we worked together uh and we have something unique uh that I was very proud of. We're able to design a tasting lounge really. Uh so we can have like uh wine classes possibly. Um we can have wine makers, brand ambassadors. They can come in. Uh they can educate us. We can sample their unique uh products. Uh we can possibly host um corporate events, private events. It's it's a small space, but yeah, we're trying. We have to be innovative somehow. We're trying. We're trying. Wow. Let's check it out. Show me. Yes. Right now it's empty. Uh we ran out of money. So if you shop then we can have more money to fill it. Please please come. We need some money to to to create to design this place. This is a gorgeous place. So this is going to be like a like a tasting lounge. A tasting lounge. We'll have plush leather seating, carpets. You might have a circular wet bar available here. You're going to really a bar that's going to make cocktails, drinks. You do the cocktails. You have you'll have ice machines. You have a sink. The whole wet bar operated. Ah, this this is they have a tasting lounge. Somebody wants a good coffee. We also have you got to try something. Wow. Wow. Wow. That is that is a kadesh. Yeah. I mean, you got to have nice chairs and tables, couches. Yeah. And here it's going to be a temperature controlled wine room. Temperature control wine set up. Um Yeah. Mam.
