I mean we thought about starting a
school we knew what we wanted to
accomplish but really it was uh
completely a
dream when Rabbi K called me and asked
me to come I said really I I I don't
know if you need someone like me yet
you're starting a new school and Rabbi K
said no that's the point we want to
start a school we want to start it right
and we W top tier from the beginning
with God's help we really were able to
put together an incredible team we are
very fortunate to have R Leon Cohen and
Mrs liman leading this school because
they know how to run a school with
perfection professionalism and really
run an unbelievable yiva with the team
of of rabbis and teachers that they have
here I truly believe that in the vision
of what the school is going towards and
I want to be a part of that the vision
for this school is to perpetuate the M
of our community so we teach them the of
the week we teach starting from the
fouryear olds we teach with the
prop furthermore we want to give them
the skills so in studies it's not enough
just to teach them the to teach them the
content we want them to be able to
figure out for themselves so we have a
heavy emphasis on the shim for them to
be able to figure out how to learn a on
their own but we see for a student that
graduates from our school is to be a
successful member of the community with
the proper the propera to be a proper
Jew every part of planning for every
curriculum on every grade level
including 2-year-olds is on top
standards as far as advanced learning we
are very focused on Interactive Learning
because when a child is involved
Hands-On experiential learning it really
imprints on the mind and memory and
helps them really learn and absorb the
material that they're learning so we
combine traditional learning with montor
and Regio to ensure that our students
are actually learning the skills that
they need in order to be on the highest
level possible it's such a pleasure to
see the teachers that Hashem blessed us
they do with such passion with such
excitement and the excitement you see in
the children the most important part of
a staff member in magabo is someone that
absolutely loves the children loves her
job loves what she does and is
passionate about education and
passionate about growing it's one big
family on a professional level and on a
warm family level our son Eli's in
kindergarten uhem he's doing excellent
in the school the homework is very
impressive I I can't believe he's you
know learning what he's learning at this
stage he he knows the full olive bet you
know alive T he learned it maybe in two
three weeks he knew all the letters he
knew the sounds now he's learning the
Nik I see my son really singing Tor you
know he's in kindergarten he doesn't
only know the alet he knows how to
pronounce everything properly start
learning how to spell even there's an
excitement that's coming out of his
voice all those parents that were
nervous and a little unsure and came
maybe a little hesitant but in the end
they jumped in and they and they gave us
a shot I think you'll hear from all of
them that they're extremely extremely
happy we have parents that are telling
me we wish you could open up older
classes cuz we would want to send our
older kids to you you look at him and
you could see that he's looking to take
this to really to New Height that isn't
here right now the community needs it we
really look forward to you know the
coming years obviously we see how much
he's learning now just come in come see
what we're doing Come Take A Part in our
learning process and be a part of it
because I think that you'll feel it in a
minute and it's something that you have
never experienced before we would love
to give you your own private tour we're
right here in the heart of the community
on Mammoth Road right behind the bagel
store and Drive by all the time one of
one day stop in we'll be happy to show
you the warmth we'll be happy to show
you the the learning there's not like
seeing for yourself
