Living Kiddush Hashem how we can accomplish much more with our neighbors through Kiddush Hashem.

Good morning. >> Hashem gavaldic. >> Guys, I'm here in front of Shari Friedman, the director of the amazing organization called Living Kiddesh Hashem. Tell us a little bit about the organization. We're here to create a focus about living aldeshm wherever we are in the store with our neighbors in the streets when we're driving. It's it's all-encompassing. It's our it's our mission and we're trying to create a focus and bring it to to the rabbim schools rebum yeshivas. We have all kinds of materials and curriculum. We have curriculum for schools girls and boys. There's a high school curriculum. There's a Yiddish curriculum. >> So how long are you doing this already? This is you told me that you do this almost for 10 years. When did you start this whole organization? >> So this started from Matio Salomon Zatal 25 years ago. um this is what he spoke about that this is our role as as as um and he spoke very very practical how we have to drive and what we have to do in the streets and with each other non-Jews everyone so we're trying to bring this out we have all kinds of different programs we have a tremendous video production that's being launched throughout it's free very powerful stories three engaging stories with with short speeches dicher Rabbi Joey Habber um very powerful practical things that we all can do so we're here now by a mikvah in Manchester that's being built and this really captures this is one of our stories on this video and this captures really the kdisham struggle there's there's a lot of tension a lot of friction and I believe and you'll see in the story in the video how the difference that we can make as individuals, everyone in the neighborhood is more than all the advocates and all the politicians. We can make the difference we have here who's really running the mikvah and he'll talk a little bit about it. Yes. So yeah, I'm Shra Block. We're building a mikvah in Pine Lake Park, Manchester. Uh it's a large community and uh it's kind of the ground zero really of this uh contentious situation between neighbors. The the the story really started trying to get the approvals a lot of relationships were built with neighbors because we understood living the way that is the way we get through this gullus. That is the way we could live in harmony. Actually said one of the biggest non that happened tool is that we made it through this gullus. How do we make it through this gullus? Okay. Living the life of that is how we live this life. We live as intended when we were created. Living is what we were created for. We live that way. And as the story illustrated alluded to um is going to illustrate this point of amazing story what happened between relationships with the neighbors and that of this mikvah being built um soon. And they're not letting us in. >> We were struggling. They had to bring 10 into Ottawa. >> Our dream of starting forello was not reality. >> He says, "Where's your partner?"
