know I have this um on my podcasts on Spotify you're able to track um who listens to them and how long they listen good morning able to track all sorts of things on Spotify so one thing that I track first of all just funny is that there's a there's a gender split in my podcast and it says that there's something like uh 60% men 39% women and 1% gender nonconforming so somebody who listens to my podcast is gender non-conforming I would like to give them a shout out but it's probably just somebody who didn't want to check the box but the second thing you find out when you get your analytics on on Spotify it tells you how long people listen for and you have 100% listeners for the first 5 minutes something like 75% after that and then by the end you're down to like 50% you can watch the people they don't listen to whole podcast so if you open with a strong question about not having good judgment and you forget to give the answer before the second half of the podcast they leave thinking that a fo so you got to give the answers at the beginning or they leave tying this is what it means in when it says never say something that will eventually eventually be understood on the hope that one day it will be understood that means don't give people these catchy lines have I told you this before it's one of my favorit we talked about it yeah yeah last week did we talk about it just last week that's how often I say this I think since last week people think the pain cuz I heard just last week that's possible um it says uh P says who all the time and my son my my 8-year-old who you met a couple times I learn with him on shabas afternoons and he always says who who says that's that's his joke that he translates who as who is the name of a rabbi who said but why say who that's not how you say somebody says something say you say say you don't say the reason why says says means every one of these had certain things that they always said they had expressions of a sh because every Rabbi who talks eventually comes back to the same like four points again and again and again so everybody has their thing so these were these were their things you want to know what each kitchen and a gas went up from the office a and then she goes and I believe a husband's role is in the kitchen and a child's Ro is in the kitchen and your entire your entire Community belongs in the kitchen because Judaism happens in the kitchen and she went on to explain that uh that the workplace is actually an unideal place to be for both men and women nobody really wants to be out there in the workplace the place where yish happens is in the home and the place where people become from is in the home the place where y stays is in the home the home is where things matter right so if you them so so much I die for them very easily it's not even a question they're not my friends they're my children it's completely different they don't get to have a on me they're my ma and in the moment that a child has has on a parent there's something there's something dysfunctional about that relationship but they still Liv depends what you mean by has because uh probably a large part uh receive financial we're talking we're talking Spirit we're talking Spirit they're not allowed to have a spiritual on you and the moment that they have a spiritual on you say you can be sure that's not your you should avoid them if you know somebody who's not yet who's having a on your spirituality that is a clear sign that that's not your that's somebody else's but you have no business being if the person's not yet they a and is Bing the moment you sense so there's a member of our community distant Community not the medi but in the general area who uh who told me recently I have to I have to use asked him how are things going over there and he said they're going great and I I said are you having an effect on them he said yes and uh and thank God they're having an effect on me too and I said wait a minute what are we talking about do you mean you're inspired by how they increased the no I think you know I think their version of things has what to offer us too and I said you better get out Fus you just crossed the line that doesn't work anymore if uh if the people you're trying to have an impact on are trying are having an impact on you then you're not welcome there show up be proud of what you are be proud of authenticism and if some of the things they're doing that are not which was what he was saying some of the things they do there not so he's finding that he can work them into that is a red flag that's a red flag you asked what happened to I don't want to say names but you ask what happened to certain people who didn't have such success it's because they were they were impacted by their environment now how in the world you can learn something from everybody but not from everybody something for example of course but is still an here the idea is that wisdom you can learn from anybody and uh and certain positive attributes like he learned 10 things from a gun you can learn from anybody but you can only learn from Terra as on one hand you can learn from anybody on the other hand the G says that if your R is not like a Mal don't learn anything from him Tera can only be taught by can only be learned from The Source I understand that everybody has something to off it's a fine line and it's a fine line and ER on the side of being things yeah I'm tell you ER on the side of caution from years of from years of personal experience and years of experience with who hanging out you come shoot pool with us and I think that there is aara to do that there's aara that you know if you really want to have an effect on people go shoot pool with them but the fact is I very not when they pool we're friends when you're in sh outside of sh if you're going to shoot pool you're not going to teach me how to play pool I understand that this is difficult to here because everybody wants to throw themselves in feed first but I'm also telling you that there is a line the reason why is so successful is because we have barriers there's Lin set up and with your interest in geometry and physics obviously it's an attractive that's right I could beat them at pool I know math but uh but let me tell you something there's a there there are very strict rules to engaging in this work effectively you want to have an impact on other people step one is they can't have an impact on you you haven't heard before explain now the reason why we got into this is because of gives power to and the wayes is an ineffective goes over to and says I'm going to give you and goes great I'll swallow you up and I will use you to give me a boost but meanwhile I'm not going to ever become any better it's and's job is to make sure that they never you have an effect on them but it's supposed to be you're having only gets doesn't get any change from that's what he's saying you have 10 in get when ites always they have they always get when it comes to they raise themselves up like an eages to them gets into them immediately goes into Exile even though they get they don't become and whatever they get it get swallowed in them this is an ineffective an effective what happens is it ends up taking over completely but the question is that if they swallow the moment kha hits them then how exactly are they staying alive if every bit of and every bit of kadha that they get immediately get swallowed inside them how does clipper remain alive at all it consumes everything it has when it's done consuming it it's gone what gives cppa its power and the answer is that there is an aspect of kha that is called Mak that gives it its power anyway so it has an extra level called Mak which is this level that transcends clippa that is not ever swallowed by clippa and that's the idea that's the idea of the idea of is that there should be a healthy distance between the that is that we take care of it we we take care of you we uh we have on you we are able to give you so that you can live and that you can grow and that you can come closer to but at the same time you can't touch us and the moment that becomes I mean anybody involved the moment you get close enough that they can drag you down to where they are you're operating in the SPH model instead of the Mak and that interact and Inter with they end up giving them the IDE it says what it means is don't become should be it turns out they can you can pretend we're all friends but we're not all friends not yet it depends on when he hangs out with him whether he is still a in his mind or whether he's being influenced it's all about what goes on in your head you can act like a friend but the fact is that a real friend is someone who is ready to receive as much as they're ready to give and that's not that's not for somebody who's not yet once they're from great but in the stage where they still have some problems inside them it's not time to receive yet it's time for you to give to give until they're ready to be givers themselves and uh I know that that's not what people want to hear because I know people have yaras I I sometimes speak to your Yahara and it kicks me back you know we can all be friends everybody here everybody here is good enough to be my friend but uh the fact is that if you want to interact with something that's not yet holding you need to be at the level this m unclear from other it sounds like a little spark stays there so does give it its highest at the very least and that sort of gives it the ability to interact with the this m sounds like no point at all that's a complete loss um and as a matter of fact as the M goes on it sounds like y was going to that same mistake and R was like you better Mar this guy that's where the goes is that has the idea of going into as in a ptic way being his friend giving an equal and understand you I give you many examples of this although all of them are uncomfortable but as long as as long as our m is mostly let me uh let me let me bring you to the to the end logically is that yit understands what as is and rifa understands what as is but they have completely different approaches to their yit approach is that since as has a holy spark inside him he has a holy spark in him I can level with him I can be equal with him and together we will influence each other and pull out his holy says the only way you can really interact with this guy as a you got to stay far away from him you got to have an influence from a if you really want to interact with somebody directly that's got to be comes down to which form of is more effective and in that respect makes a mistake he's not making any mistake about who he's dealing with he knows as is he knows as could be a he's hoping he can help as by getting in the weeds with him and the answer he can't get in the weeds with somebody want to make them better he that's right he was hoping that he could put enough he was hoping he could put enough payoff into ASA in order to uh in order to bring him out yes let's bring it to let me say it a little differently because the mare also says it a little differently mare also says that he that ASA wouldn't have to die there's two ways to get rid of clippa one way to get rid of clippa is to completely smash it to destroy it that's as is going to be completely rooted out as's children are going be completely destroyed comes we completely destroy as and all of his descendants but that wasn't always the plan at this point there was still a possibility that as could become aad and he wouldn't have to destroy him instead there would be a flip over of so at this point and are arguing over the fate of their son also saying where they come from y had met several B first of all his parents his parents were he grows up in he watches make a bunch of people better how does RKA grow up around would need to be completely destroyed right so her entire experience is irretrievable and his entire experience is retrievable so it's very interesting point they come from different points of I haven't seen that written I really like the idea smart idea plays out actual real stories from the front lines the bar that causes to be able to continue to perpetuate in the world he doesn't totally give up when he says M he gives him the fat land he doesn't totally give up on ASA he recognizes is right but he doesn't please don't give up he gives them something you need need water here um here's one phenomenon that's very unhealthy that you see sometimes is sometimes a congregant I don't and I hope most abundant say no but the fact is a lot of abundant say yes now when they say yes it's for two reasons reason number one is because they maybe they really do everybody has a different Yara and some people have that yar fortunately fortunately by the way it's not a terribly common of all thear one of the least common ones is f Anda it turns out we talk about it like a real common one it's not terribly common it's a small percentage of the population the majority ofen don't have that they trust me they have other ones there's ones that are very common that's not one of the most common Yas as it happens but some people have it so it's possible he's telling the truth what is even more possible though in most cases is he's actually not telling the truth he's trying to be relatable of course we all doubt sometimes in the effort to become relatable what a person does is they try to have an impact on somebody from a p instead of a m and the impact of having a Pia relationship with somebody who's still struggling with their is that you end up being they swallow that up and now they just have one more Rabbi one more holy person who has the same problems they have and that doesn't make them any better because it's what does make them better a no I don't some people don't I'll help you not a Mak relationship brings somebody up a p relationship with somebody who's not yet from gets swallowed inside them and gets turned into something that they can use as fuel for their this is exactly what's happening over here is given what does it swallows it and gives it fuel for its own so sometimes a beliefs he's leveling with people by acting real when the truth is acting real is is incredibly overrated being real is not overrated but acting real is pretending you have a struggle that you don't have in order to be relatable is something that is always people people swallow that up and they make it part of their case for for continuing to do the wrong thing so number one don't don't don't fake problems you don't have number two problems you have may be fake sometimes that's number two number two I was at a uh I told I think you've heard this before from me I was at um a uh I have to always change details because enough people listen to these that somebody will eventually call me and go stop talking about me in your podcast uh I was at one of these uh one of these shabbatones for one of these groups and I won't even say which group that way we're very sick one of these shabbatones on one of these panels it could have been anybody but one of these shaton on one of these panels and there was another on the panel with me and uh the question that came up is do you really believe mhia is coming in a world like this it's a real bad horrible world do you really think MH is coming and uh this and the question was not asked to me you know sometimes you get signed a question so the got sign the question and they asked the do you really think M's coming and the says I want to be honest with you I now was anything gained that day terrible answer first of all it's a
