It's the first project, Baruch Hashem, that has been the most upscale project as of now in our history. Um I think So, uh, what one of the things that we tried to accomplish in this project is really build top level homes for everybody to be able to enjoy. If you see it across now that the land is open, it's a 24 acre lot land and we're only building on 12 and a half. So, that means there's another 12 acres of property owned by by the HOA, by the people that are buying their houses. That includes a shul, trees, uh, on both sides of it. What we're doing right now is the topsoil. Topsoil, our goal is with a sham's help is to be building the foundations right before Pesach or right after Pesach. That's our our goal. That means the first 12 homes will be, God willing, delivered by next Pesach. So, basically, you're you're See, one of the malas also is generally when a lot of developments get sold, they get sold on paper. So, timing is generally something that is unknown. We don't know. Um, you know, different things can come up. Timing on this project right now, the pace we're going, with the topsoil being done now, site work, piping, all coming and being delivered the next 2 weeks, by Pesach time we should have all the full site done done. So, basically, any house I get sold, we can build it. 12 months, you're in. There is nothing holding us back. Utilities are going in. So, I think that's something that's a real milestone. And here we're have a machine who's just finishing the final touches. He's stacking all the logs. We're going to sell it to a mill. They're going to make beautiful lumber out of it. But I just wanted to give you a little sneak peek into how it's going to look. Look at these beautiful machines. And with Hashem within a couple months, you watch the rest of the video and you'll be able to buy a house here. Okay, this is the machine that takes all the stumps and all the bad logs that are not good for the mill and it turns it into mulch. We then take it to a different facility. We grind it again.
