Rabi, what is your connection with Bolam? about 11 years ago um I was approached by SL Marsh Kersner to get involved in Baym and he told me a little bit about it and it's been an uphill honor to be involved in it meeting the people that are involved in it and hearing the stories how babies are born and and the people that are suffering and now they're they're celebrating the Beautiful feeling to be able to be involved in such a crush of a organization. >> Ki, you're a person who put hundreds and hundreds of hours into this organization before the campaign by the campaign. What's your what's the whole thing behind it? People ask me that question a lot. And honestly, it's just when you think about your ROI, every every minute that you put in here, every dollar that you raise, how far it goes. If you have a part of one baby, that one baby turns into 1,000 people very, very quickly, a couple of generations, and you could be responsible for 1,000 people. To be honest, when I got involved, I think which is now almost 17 years ago, maybe a little bit more. Um, we went over I remember I came to the first meeting and I thought that belonged to it, had nothing to do with Flatbush. Um and then we went over a uh and when you read the story of Nah, you see that the line in the city in Galile is compared to a a woman who is can have children. You think about the magnitude of that and from there I just figured out that it was just something that I should get behind and do. >> Wow. >> And ever since then since I got involved I feel that it's it's it's brought me tremendous and everything that I do and this is one way that I can give back. >> Wow. They're married for they got married a month before me and they're married for over 10 years and I remember in the beginning they didn't have children for a few years and we didn't really know much about it but they got very vocal. They said, "Bon, they're helping us out." And unfortunately, they don't yet have children, but we're very confident. Mashem, one day they will very soon hopefully. And and more than that, they bon helped them teach others what they're doing and and they themselves, they went and they opened up Bonam in Florida. >> Wow. >> So, they're taking their pain and they're helping. And over 100 babies in Florida were born because of them and rich many, many more. >> And those those hund babies are those their kids, >> their children. >> Ah, it's their kids. They can have their their own kids as well, but it should have more babies. >> Unbelievable. Thank you. So, Mr. Bando, the proprietor of pomegranate the flappers. He helps a lot of heat and that's very special for me to be connected to someone and to be affiliated with such a a great organization like wow mr banda you probably don't know but I'm sure there are many children who come in to shop a pomegranate who are your children your medication and they're walking around down your aisles and shopping pomegranates thank you for saying that I think it's all because hashem and I'm just from the most memorable moment that I remember that um like uh 6 months after I opened and um we uh pledged a big amount for Buddhist organization of Bu and a lady came over to me and said I want to tell you pushing the stroller this is a pomegranate baby. >> Wow. >> That was so that's a pomegranate baby. You can say that again. Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. That's all I can say. Williamsburg is here and bringing children in the flatbush. So to introduce my father who introduced me to a third a third daughter, my grandfather, my grandparents, my parents and now myself. I'm very involved. My father was involved I think from in the 70s from the 70 babies from like the 72nd baby. 79th baby. They brought Bashem here in Flatbush around 20 years ago. Maybe even a little more. >> Wow. Wow. Since then, how many babies were born in Flatbush? >> Flatbush? I don't know. I know Bum is almost 14,000. Wow. 14,000. >> You came by the 79th baby. >> Yes. I have a letter from the AKA. Uh we made the first uh meeting or whatever in Flatbush, me and my brothers, and we got a letter that the 79th baby was born. >> Wow. What's your emotions now holding 14,000 babies later? >> It's unbelievable. Can't can't describe it. I mean, uh just to know what what the organization grew into, how many people were helped through. >> Wow. Unbelievable. 93 and a half now old. How many years later again? >> They were born 24 years. >> 24 years later. Wow. Why are you here tonight? Why? The same reason that everyone should be here is one of the most beautiful organizations, the worldrenowned organization that tells us that we shouldn't take for granted the the beautiful children that knock from our children and the least we can do is try our best to help families that aren't as as fortunate to get this. But it's the biggest broker. And if you can help people experience that that love and that connection, it's a it's a very very special course and a huge it's just massive. It's massive. And I think by now this probably carries a name to it with the biggest organization in the world that dishes out medicine at such a level literally hour by hour worldwide.
