Lions, Tigers and Hot Water

I want to mention another order that I saw in the Nitzotzei Ohr from Reb Mygol's. And this only Reb Mygol's could do. Kakh ner lan yishtati. And that is, what did the Reb Shmuel ben Brakhyahu say? But if somebody falls into boiling hot wine, oil, or water, me'idan arav, you can be me'id that he for sure died. So he says you see a braisa that's nogeia halakha in hukhas agunois, that if somebody is lifnei Ari, it's very bad, but in me'idan arav, because maybe he's still alive. But if somebody is submerged in boiling hot liquid, in me'idan arav, there's no way he can make it out. That's what Reb Shmuel ben Brakhyahu said. He says mitkhila, I mamash I was a soni es hagdula.
