It passes through the bone cuts into the bone. It goes across the bone and damages the core of who we are. And the flip side of that mitzvah is a I think the says is of of staff of of unified people that it's of connection connecting. We do many many bundles of mitzvah that our bones will be healed and will be protected when we do mitzvah. When we do mitzvah, it's a connection of the bones. It's something that's fixing all this stuff. Why does he get angry? that's lowered through the sins. And now the is very interesting that we're seeing that the king gets angry because of this mus that's lowered that's that's fallen. How do you fix it? And a wise man, he's the one that's going to fix it. He's the one that's going to atone. This is the aspect what we're speaking about. What I was thinking was this past week was that we I might have mentioned this at the end of the end of the the year last week is that the real the realest um in the world is the of the body and the soul. The first is at the end of says the mission says that against your will you're living. You're alive against your will. You don't have a choice. Which he he translates to mean that you have a soul and a body and they're the worst set up in the entire world. You couldn't think of two people two two beings that are worth not to each other like this guy is all about food. He's all about ethereal spiritual like what is Hashem says too bad you're married. You're in there. You're together. Are you crazy? Are you just like tell me that?" Which I do. I have so many tas and stuff. Speak. What do you mean I'm speaking to Hashem? No. No. Speak to your body. What are you doing legs? Where are you running to? Where are you running? What are you doing? Why are you running after this thing? Hands. What are you doing? So, he did it for like a month, two months. He came back to the Reb. He says, "They're not listening. They have no interest in me. Like, they're just not listening." He said, "Keep speaking. and keep speaking, keep speaking. And they said that this Talmet became so able to speak to his body that he had to speak to it gently because if he would speak too harshly, he would have a heart attack like he would his hands would like fall, you know, like stop like he had such control over his body. What does it mean? It means that you have an issue means that I'm an issa. What about your body? Oh, okay. So, we're bodies. So, then we sinned. We messed up and we fell and we did this and we did that. Oh, so now I'm a body. And now you feel depressed and angry and bitter and and you're the worst person in the world because you're this lowly body and you did this, you did that and you ate that and you h wait a minute but what about your soul? So is saying is let's have a meeting. Let's stop with the cholant and being just messed up and depressed and half in and half out. Let's stop with all that and let's say let's have a meeting. Right? Like uh Omar Shanto said every every day he would wake up he say how are you doing this morning you say to your soul soul how you doing this morning ah how am I doing I'm incredible I'm amazing I'm flying through all the worlds all I want is Hashem and your soul could say how you doing body I'm hungry I'm angry I'm this and that wow that's crazy and you can have this beautiful conversation but it has to be this has to be with Misha has to be really with your soul. Has to be with that place that's mamish your soul. It can't be with that place that's your soul that's really, you know, all sorts of playing games like he's going to say in the next paragraph. He already mentioned it over here is that this Misha is he has zero judgmentalism. Right? When you go to even a close friend, you're never ever going to be able to say everything. There are places inside that you can't. when you go to a sadic you also maybe you'll be able to say certain things there's always something deep inside that you can't say and even when you come to yourself so often there's parts and places I had a conversation with myself a few months back stuff that was in myself and I've been doing this for all these years as much as I can never came out 20 years it was just stuck quiet hidden there boom it came out and it was like a like a a torrent and like an unbelievable opening so there's places inside that that really you have to come to to speak to this misha to this ion to the person the place inside of you that has no judgmentalism zero not going to look at you we're not going to do anything just total acceptance why because the nishama has zero fear you could tell him that you just murdered 60,000 people and did every bad thing in over here and the nama is like wow I feel so bad come I'll give you a hug you know and that's and that's what's going on over here is that that when you reach that place you can you can let it all out. You can let every single thing out. You're unbelievable." you're like, "Wow, you for sure feel good." But however, if you really want to do something right and not feel that godless, you have to totally nullify every feeling and every speck of physicality that you have. You can hear all this praise. Godless. You won't feel a speck of of of hubris. He wrote the he saw it says saying how great is he sees it written in the he was there he himself said how great he was and like the says in other places I think he wrote the words was the most humble person. So you have all these amazing praises, all the people saying praises. Hashem is saying praises doesn't feel anything. Doesn't get anything that nothing. Like we just said, the only one that could really bring this when someone admits that they did something wrong is a person that's utterly iron, totally nothing. So you need to have total humility. So we just said that had that humility seemingly that is exactly what was was was uh was um dealing with and speaking to him like this. If you don't forgive them that's showing that I'm not the I don't have this level that I can listen to their sins and just wipe it wipe it clean. If that's the case that all of these words that are written in the Torah speaking about my godless are causing me to be a agen erase me I'd rather not be in the zer just erase me from the whole thing and don't write me there right I know he says the one thing that he begs Hashem his whole life for is that when he dies no one will remember that he existed that's his like his his humility and he's he's he's serious about it. He's a very humble guy. He's like just what they need to speak. There was this guy who was so amazing write big things and art. That's what you need. He says no didn't need it. He said if I'm humble then I'm the person that could forgive them. So forgive them. And if not then erased me. That means that I'm erased me. I don't want this guy. I don't want I don't need it. I shouldn't fall in this. I see all this stuff saying how great I am and it's it's getting to my head who could withstand this not become of unless your mom is the highest of ironically the highest. But he's saying but if I am that all of this praises all these praises don't get to my head. someone that makes himself nothing. That's that's the person that can totally forgive the sins of another of the is this this idea of the oft not sure exactly how this connects with all this but the idea is over here is that to lift up Malus we have to admit our uh sins. We have to open ourselves up in the insides to these places that are all unclear and that are dark. And once we start opening them up to ourselves to the highest places of our soul and or to aadic that's holding in that place of so then that's a that's tremendous level of of um of kapara and a tremendous level of bringing up malus from being trapped power strength from being trapped in all the other places and by doing that and it's this is the amazing connection also that what are we saying that when you speak out all of these dark parts and you come in contact with them and you just verbalize them, speak them out. Va means to speak and you verbalize them and often just uh forcing your mouth to say the things like open them up and formulate them in ways that you never imagine. So then that we said that that already brings you to the now what happens then is the says it lifts up you can see that everything's for the good. Why? Because your soul always knew everything was good. Your soul is the place that's sees, feels, and and and is in the world of goodness. But your dark part that was that was that was that was garbage. That was a part that you don't want ever. Oh, now you took that part and you just opened it up to yourself to the to your soul and you had this beautiful conversation and they hugged each other and now the soul is like, "Ah, body, you weren't so bad after all." You see once you open yourself up you realize and the soul then illuminates and the body himself illuminates into himself from this connection from this opening that the body wasn't garbage the body was it was the light of shining even into the into the darkest places right we see from our skin from our bodies once you come to that connection all of a sudden that's why the says in the beginning of now you see that everything all your physicality all your tus all your sins, all your your your fallings, everything that you did, when you bring that back to to your soul and you have that connection, it's like, no, it was all part of the whole plan, all part of the whole thing. Because when you speak to it's you're talking about the things you did with your group and your saying your soul is something that's not shy at all to trying to because we see that doesn't have a it can't touch this is a silent silent is a silent because the iss it it covers to get them if you got it's the coverings doesn't go get experiences bliss all times but it's covered and it's covered and it's covered so how you going to experience how it's going to connect with all these things so you'd have to take them away which is by the way says which fits in very well with what he's saying by is that fire burning him some big cauldron of of fire whatever it is whatever really is whatever you punish you're getting right right but but he says the bas says is that Hashem just reveals himself he just opens himself up and now you know is like wow and then your all the blockages and messes up that you had in between are like boom they're like damaged and smashing and causing tremendous havoc and that's what's causing all that quote unquote pain but the pain goes away we know in a day or week, a month or 12 months, whatever because all those blockages go away and then it's just bliss. It's just pure bliss. Anyways, Hashem should help that we should do to do this work over here like always says that when you do mishb down here, there's no mishb upstairs. This is the mishbah the work and through that we should to have this beautiful tremendous tremendous health and vitality within ourselves and it should out it should um pour out into the whole world and we should see that enough there wasn't that he knew did review, right?
