people last week now.
>> Okay. Yeah, we're getting to the crux of
the third chair in
to
bring us into the swing of things. Reb
said every person has to say
the whole world is created for me and
therefore I have the responsibility to
fix the world and to fill the world and
to dav for the world. That's what he
said. And
he said though this last part of it
which is it gets split into two two
aspects. There's that's
orardin and after you have to know if
there's already a
that was already passed. So then you
have to dive in with a mimer. You have
to basically hide it in some sort of
story or muscle something like that. And
if it's not then you can go just you
know speak straight. But the Reb said
how do you know this? How in the world
can anyone know if there's like in if
something something was passed or not?
So over here he says that the way to
know it is through doing mitzvah. So he
says that through um basically the way
he set it up is that the whole structure
of time, space and human consciousness
is all split into different uh is split
into in is injected within the mitzvah.
The mitzvah are the the is found in the
mitzvah themselves. So when you person
goes into a mitzvah and he does it the
he just does it for the mitzvah itself.
He doesn't have any uh need or want or
desire. As a matter of fact, he doesn't
want anything else other than Hashem
through the mitzvah. So he taps into
like the pulse of when he taps into the
pulse of Hashem. So then he can now feel
how Hashem is feeling. So if he feels
that there's flowing and he always has
that, he knows that everything's good.
Hashem is is like so to speak going
smoothly into the world. If he feels
that there's something wrong with it and
you could tell exactly where that that
that kilk is and you could tell exactly
what it is if it's let's say he's not
feeling something to do with the head of
the year or the head of the the people
of the head of and he can see that
there's some some kil in some against
something and that's how you could tell.
So last week we were speaking about how
do you get to the sob is going to speak
about it straight up. You don't need all
my from last week. How do you get to the
we're up to in
the
main place of is in the heart in the
heart is the seat of the emotions. So
you feel you feel joy in your heart.
you put joy into my heart. [laughter]
So if that's the place, okay, so we all
have we all have this because it's in
our heart. He says it's impossible to
feel that
until you straighten out until you
remove the twistedness, the crookedness
that's within the heart,
you should have a straight heart.
Then you
says in the
say tomorrow night,
those who have a straight heart have
this joy. So we're going to go into a
little bit. We'll read a few more lines
and we'll go back to to maybe get a
little bit more amus in this over here.
He says,
so saying the only way you could get it
is if you have straight heart. So where
does this um how do you get this if you
have a twisted heart?
and you straighten the heart through
thunder
means thunder.
When the person hears thunder, there's a
loud bang and he gets all startled. So
it some somehow the garra says that it
straightens out the heart. Like the
heart was a little twisted and now it's
straightened out. That's what the Garra
says.
So obviously we're not going to, you
know, now move to the Midwest where they
have a lot of thunderstorms in order to
get the straight in our heart. That's
not what the Reb is saying. Says that
that that applies to he says that your
voice
specifically when you're ding and you
ding with a coil with a strong and
powerful voice
this makesh this makes thunder so to
speak.
a sound. When the voice goes out and it
hits the clouds, the rain clouds,
it makes a loud sound to all of
creation.
This is um this is Rah. This is thunder.
So, we're going to stop here. Pause for
for a minute or two.
>> It comes with rain. I mean, the the
imagery is that there's a sound that
smacks into the rain clouds and makes a
loud sound. I don't know necessarily if
that's the way um the physical
manifestation of thunder happens. When I
was a kid, they said it was two big
clouds that are smashing into each
other. I don't know if that's
necessarily
of how it works. Is speaking something
deeper. And is going to say that this
means to take your voice to bring out
your voice kala and smash it into your m
which he's going to explain is your
brain is your your thoughts and then
that'll be heard and that's so far he's
saying that the are something that you
have to get um you have to get out. So
now first of all the rabbi was speaking
about
he says that a heart cannot feel joy
when it's twisted when it's crooked. Now
what is that? First just want to compare
it to a famous line. I don't know the
source. Maybe someone else knows the
source of it. If it has a source, but
it's definitely one of the things that
sounds like it has a source which they
say that the
nothing more whole than a broken Jewish
heart. You've heard this saying probably
it's probably from some
>> rabb
they say that that right that that
there's something beautiful about a
broken heart. A broken Jewish heart. The
question is, so why is a broken Jewish
heart something amazing and a twisted
Jewish heart something terrible over
here? That's and what's really the
difference between a broken heart and a
twisted heart? Sounds like both of them
are pretty uh not functioning. A broken
heart, twisted heart, what
>> a
twisted going
bent. No
>> bent. Yeah.
>> Bent.
>> Twisted. Bent. Yeah. So, so what's the
what's the nikuda? So, the you could see
it from from what a broken heart is. You
know, when we say that a broken Jewish
heart is so whole, is so beautiful. What
does that mean, you know, like a a y
that's sitting there and he's all
depressed and it's all sad. That's
that's a beauty of a y. That's not the
beauty of that's not what that line
means. A broken Jewish heart means that
it's broken open. It means that the
heart generally the emotions don't want
to deal with stuff. So, we close our
emotions. We seal it off. We tighten it
up and we say, "Everything's [snorts]
good. I'm good. Everything's good. I'm
on top of the my game. I'm on top of the
world. Everything's fine." And that's
nice. It works sometimes. But at a
certain point, you have to come and you
will come to a place where things ain't
working. And you have a choice when
things aren't working, not going my way.
Things are not happening the way I want
it. It could be massive things in life.
be you didn't get the parking spot in
front of shiners and uh you know and
some other guy sitting there an arrived
taxi is blocking you for 4 minutes you
know whatever it is so you have a choice
just in the beginning of gimmel you have
a choice of how to take that you can you
could close off your heart and say
everything's good I'm in charge or you
can get angry or you could open up your
heart and start to to open it up and see
what's inside and see why am I getting
angry what's what's happening inside
when you open your heart and you break
it open a little bit and you start to to
open it and and let it out Let out
whatever is inside of it. So then
you come to see all the parts of what
makes you up. It says you should serve
with all your heart.
So
means that try to do good. Try to be
with the and if comes you smash it and
you go run away from it and you don't
let it have any over you. But over here
it means something else. means with the
you take the you take all those places
that are stuffed up and that are bad and
that are uncomfortable and you open them
up and you you speak to it says
says that you know we should purify
should purify our hearts to serve him
normally to serve him with truth so the
first gam first d I think it's the first
gamarra says
means to cleanse to empty out like the
day is empty the day is passed so it
could mean that
doesn't just mean purify like how do I
purify my emotions? I I I wash my
emotions in something. What do I where's
the shampoo for my emotions for my
heart? It means to empty, to open it up
and to express it. That is the way that
you purify your emotions. Before it's
like this scary, dirty, weird, you know,
covered over thing and now you just say,
"Hashem, I'm afraid of X, Y, and Z. I
don't like this, Y." and you open it up
and then it doesn't become it opens
itself up and it becomes something um
normal and healthy. And so that's like
the opening of the heart. That's the the
the
saying that here that the the um the the
broken heart that's a beautiful thing is
when you're able to do this when you're
able to open it up. You know we say
so is the is also the um is the border.
So, open up our borders.
Open up the borders. All these barriers
that I'm holding back from you from
expressing everything that's going on.
And that's going to be your praise. I
it's going to be sad sometimes. I It's
going to be angry sometimes. I Yeah. But
when it's open and you're opening it all
to in a healthy way, that's the biggest
praise. And then you're
with all your heart, you're being able
to serve. You're giving over to
everything you have. That's the beauty
of a broken heart. A twisted heart is
kipshuta is also is twisted to one side
right. So, it's basically saying when
I'm happy, when things are going great,
amazing, and I'm going to pump and I'm
going to say, "Hey, I'm in the top of
the world." And then when it's other
other way, nothing exists. I'm the
worst. Everything's bad. World is pure
darkness, depression, anger, and then
all of the other stuff that comes in
after depression and anger and all that
stuff. Why? Because you're twisted to
one side. You're not able to open up
your heart. So I think that's the Reb is
saying is here and it comes out from
that that he's describing here is not
necessarily the joy that we see as
always being I'm always upbeat right I
remember Ysef Kardud he has on one of
his CDs a live show and he says it is a
great mitzvah to always be upbeat I love
that
[laughter]
happy joyous upbeat and it's true that's
the
do everything you try to get everything
you try to get always upbeat. But
there's places and times for always also
opening ourselves up and to recognizing
it's not always going to be like that.
And there there are those places that
are genuinely meant to be there. They're
dark. They're dirty and they're ugly and
they're not comfortable. But when you
bring them out to you open them up in a
healthy normal way, just speaking them
to to him, then they don't they don't
have that that that negativity to it.
Says it's from some sort of
you have to look him up if you don't
know him.
is a teacher of Torah in very special we
spendash usually together in Oman. So he
says that
could be at a shiva house. You could
person could be sitting shiva and he's
why is that you're totally open to where
you are. You're totally aligned with
where how you're feeling. A person could
be crying crying crying crying. He's
because that's called he's totally
aligned with who he is and he's with it.
>> You release you release what it means.
Okay.
>> It's right. It's being right. It's being
being with being present. Open with
emotions,
>> right? Open with your emotions and being
there.
>> Mindfulness,
>> being mindful, being present, right? All
those ideas are are
>> accepting. Accepting.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Being totally present with
what you're feeling and whatever it
comes out and being being open with it.
So that that's the that's the I think
the type of over here that the Reb is
saying is is that when you open your
heart to being present for everything
and you don't let it just twist to one
side and say that's the only side that's
then that brings the slay that brings a
straightness of the heart. Straightness
meaning that you're you're straight with
everything that's going on. It it gets a
gets a straightness. Now he says over
here after this what we read already
that
are the thing that does this right? How
do you straighten out the heart is
through ramen. So we said that it
doesn't mean to uh you know to try to
hear thunder or lightning. It means that
you should he says the the when you
release when you express yourself in
with a loud voice. So this is like a
it's a thunderous voice and it and it
straightens out the heart. Soaput and
again every from is meant I remember
once I was house Kramer and some guy was
saying all these stories and they're not
and he says blow me out and
forever and he opened it up and he says
that that that Marsha says that every
story is also so
every is also
and that's probably the deepest and
highest way of understanding it says to
to dab in loudly And you see in that was
a big thing. One of the first things
that said when he came to brea was
where's the where's the you know where's
the the ding with with loud power you
know where's the kalina ding. So that is
and he says when you do that when you
scream the ding when you say it loudly
it it hits hits your brain and we're
going to see that in a couple of
seconds. It makes a roim on your m it it
moves your your intellect and that then
drips down we're going to see into the
heart. Um but I think the you know
another way of of understanding that
and I you know I still I saw this once
when I was uh I was by once and there
was a
very you know special I'm sure he is
very special and he was
and he was like mom is like like not
just like with like and everything like
you know and like I came a couple of
days and like I see that he does this
every day the whole off for an hour.
He's like
like doing like crazy movements and
everything. And it struck me after a
certain, you know, couple months of
seeing him do this. I was like, "Wow,
it's amazing. You could be going on top
of your lungs, ah, and you're thinking
about breakfast and eggs and you could
be making like motions like this and
like that and like is it going to be
hard-boiled today? What's my wife
making?" You know, like cuz once you get
into a seder of things, everything's
becomes ro. There's nothing that doesn't
become total and utter wrote and then
you're just thinking about random stuff,
right? Unless you work.
>> Yeah. Everything,
right? Uh so
to scream and is galdig, but the curl
that is speaking about probably is
speaking more
>> a voice meaning the voice of the words
meaning the words matter more than the
strength of the words. It could be
totally in a quiet spin whispering and
those words have more power than that
you know kiner ashray why because that's
what makes a ram and we'll read a few
more lines and we'll see how that makes
sense in what the Reb is saying let's
read a few more lines um because it it
flows much better that way uh so right
after the it says
thunder comes from
power
of me is my name.
That's the we make thunder
strength power
that when you're domining, say it
powerfully. So now he's going to get to
the crux of it.
This loud voice smashes into the
rainclouds. What are the rainclouds?
This is your intellect, your brain.
from your brain. It rains. That's why
they're called rain clouds because your
brain rains, not ei
from the whiteness of your brain. What
does this mean?
That's what he's going to say.
Basically, the the imagery is that your
brain is thoughts, right? The emotions
are probably a bunch of bundles of
thoughts, right? That's why they are
motion. Like you see a picture, right?
Picture says a thousand words. That's
why advertisements are so powerful
because you get a thousand words in a in
in a third of a second. You see
beautiful picture of pizza, hot, fresh,
and you're like, "Ah, I need pizza." You
know what happened? Like you you weren't
even hungry a minute ago. No, I need
pizza. Why? Because it's just like the
whole thing just overwhelms your
emotions. You're like, "Yes, that's what
I want. And that's a that's that's but
it's it's that's that's an emotion. But
thoughts are much more calculated.
Thoughts as long as as as far as we know
when they're they're organized, they're
going to drop. That's the only way they
can have a conscious, you know, effect
on you. If you want to control them, it
has to be very very controlled
controlled substance, your thoughts. You
know, you have to have one thought after
another, right? Like Roario Kaplan says
in his book on meditation he says sit in
a room quiet do like you know whole your
whole setup you're not tired I've tried
to meditate when I'm tired whenever I do
that out for a good hour you know that's
my meditation but if you not tired the
room is quiet no one's bothering you
you're comfortable and just close your
eyes what do you see for the first 10
minutes psychotic stuff see flashes and
flashes and thoughts and screams and
noises and then everything is just
flashing through your mind like thousand
thoughts a minute. That's what happens.
And then after 10 minutes all of a
sudden they slow down and you start to
see one thought, two thoughts, three
thoughts and it slows down, slows down,
slows down, slows down until it comes
you could just hold the thought and just
think one thought after another thought
or you can use a mantra whatever the the
the avoid of of meditation is. But
that's the idea um of your thoughts.
Your thoughts are
they're they're chaotic. That's because
there's tons of thoughts happening at
the same time. But if you want to have
an intelligible conversation, the only
way to do it is you have to constrict
your thoughts and bring them out one
word, one letter at a time and speak
them out. That's what's beautiful about
learning Tyra is that it it organizes
your thoughts. It's like, you know,
Gomorrah, they say like, why are we
learning Gomorra? So, a lot of people
say to train you how to think. Now,
there's truth to it cuz by breaking
yourself and trying to read the words,
understand what they mean, and then
touch them and then see what's the
question and what's the answer, it
trains your mind how to break yourself
and to have your thoughts organized. And
this is the idea of the thoughts being
organized. Now when the when the um
when the co or he's saying now hits the
a hits the which are this organized
place of thoughts. So those thoughts now
when they get organized and when they
have a roim that's not just uh you know
like we said random things that are
jumping into your head when you have
when you're able to make a rum into the
thoughts through the coil when you're
able to speak and scream let's say and
it has a rum right that's what the the
the comparison to the voice of ramen
when you have you're just sitting around
like like you know sometimes it happens
and like a thunder just comes like it
shocks you awake it like you're you're
all of a sudden you're you're awake
So too when you when you you scream the
ding or when you when you say like
you're when you speak intelligently into
your brain. So then all of a sudden it
makes a on your brain your brain is like
moved when it's gura when it's done
properly with strength your brain is
moved it starts to think it starts to be
like oh wow I got to I got to wake up
something's got to change something's
got to move I got to start thinking
things through and coming out with
something new. When that happens, these
thoughts that now are beginning to come
together in normal fashion, in a healthy
fashion from the call that you're
speaking, you're so they start to drip.
That's the the imagery of the rain
clouds, right? When the coal hits the
rain clouds, so it it a um what does he
say? It's it's
right and now the tip and drop down and
a voice a sound is heard in the in the
creation, which means in our own self
that the voice is heard in our own
heart. It drips down from the which all
the you know psychology says that
emotions are just a bunch of tangles of
thoughts but now you're actually
focusing and trying to get your emotion
like how you supposed to love Hashem how
can I have an emotion so the is saying
you you focus yourself you you uh have
the curl that breaks into your brain and
that brain drops thoughts into your
heart ah now those thoughts are healthy
thoughts that's now you're starting to
get the straightening of the heart where
you're able to now
um tap into that joy. So that's the idea
of what we said that it's dripping into
your heart.
So let's see how how how it continues.
So when it hits the rain clouds a voice
is heard
now is going to the is going to connect
us to a different
the voice is heard in the in the gal. So
literally the gagal is the you know the
earth
to the I think the I'm not sure if this
is a quote from or if this is the in in
the in the is also the the skull the
skull where the brain is resides that's
where the is heard
when it's heard in the brain
the co that you brought out creates a
thunder in your head and it's heard
the speech The the mouth speaks out
wisdom
which means the when you speak words it
breaks into your into your brain
and then it brings down into your heart
a deep level of understanding. He has a
little footnote here. I think that's an
important uh you know I'm I'm amending
that when the Ram comes when this um
when this coil this voice has an effect
on the brain and it comes down to the
heart it affects the heartavana
that the coil arouses which basically
what he's getting to that this brings
the person to kavana
If you have then your words are hurt.
If you have your is a power is a
strength. So then your voice creates
this thunder.
Thunder comes from
mean your voice is heard. Your voice is
heard in your own heart.
That fear is that which allows us to
hear things.
This is referring to the I believe.
Praiseworthy. Lucky is he who to hear
the voices from above from from
through the through these powerful
voices that are hitting into yourself
and creating
the heart.
A heart that is listening.
That the voice is heard through the
voice. It is heard into the heart.
This is the element. They're just going
to finish up the
caller.
The sound of the rash the it's known as
the of
this is the of that was you know in the
it's the ale that was prepared of
creation
this
is connected to the that we say
from
what does it mean praiseworthy is the
nation who know the chua. I've never,
you know, I've never think of chua as
knowing. You hear a chua? It's a sound
like what is there to know about a chua?
What what can I know about a true? Now
he's saying no the is the is the ram is
the voice. It's saying something. Okay,
it's harder when it's the actual to to
really hear that voice. But that's the
idea. The idea is the guru the power of
of the is that you're hearing the call
and the call is breaking into your brain
and it's going to bring down into your
into your heart. That's
the coil of the is pounding into your
brain, the rain clouds, which by the way
fits very well the way we were
describing before that when you start to
settle your mind, all you see is
craziness because that's the clouds of
the brain. That's why it's davka that
when you when you start to speak and you
start to have this call, it's going to
hit rain clouds. Ah, your mind is such a
beautiful thing. Yeah, but your mind in
its natural state is sakotic. It's like
all over the place. Unless you're, you
know, one of these big Tik that are you
know the the alter from Kelm I believe
used to make a ne when he went to sleep
of all his thoughts of the day thought
that maybe I shouldn't have thought that
I how many people can do that at the end
of [laughter] the day we're lucky to
make on our actions our words that's
already too hard our thoughts forget
about like not even not even in our da
but he was able to do that thoughts but
most people's thoughts are of are clouds
are rainclouds they're filled with great
things, but they're just cloudy. So when
you hit it hits it,
it breaks it. It it it pounds into the
rain clouds and it starts to drip down.
Now the Reb gives a little interesting
thing.
Now if you take and you hear the from a
person who is a
god-fearing Jew and you hear from him,
You should not be afraid. You're not
going to be worried. You have no reason
to worry the whole year from these
from
I was I'm revealed to them and I also I
appear to them.
Someone mentioned to me as a side point
I give it's good to have homework every
week um how this fits in with
I did not uh I did not on this but it
would be definitely interesting idea to
think about that there's lightning and
thunder thunder and lightning are always
synonymous and you could even know how
far away the storm is by the lightning
and counting thousand 1 thousand two
each second is a mile you can know how
far you the distance between uh the time
distance between the lightning which is
light which travels at 180,000 m
[clears throat] per second versus sound
which travels at around 600 miles an
hour. So it's like you know very very
slow comparatively. So the light's
traveling it hits you right away and
then the carl takes a couple of seconds.
You see how far away it is over here the
reb is specifically focusing on this
idea of the rahim the thunder the brook
I don't know how it fits in with this
whole thing but he definitely mentions
here at the end be interesting. Why is
he saying you should not be worried of
ramen if ramen was a good thing?
>> Right. Right. So he says not to be
worried. So
>> ramen
>> from the ramen. So
>> more conversation before was how we
should be creating ramen but with the
voice of pillow.
>> Right. Right. Exactly. So that's that we
want the ramen. The ramen are vur that
are good. Um but I think just when I was
reading it now it just struck me that
and I'm gonna look back it is a raisin
you could be madak in every single word.
So he said leag
wasn't just a a typo. It was a specific
you shouldn't be worried. Meaning when a
person encounters this call and again we
were describing the call as being loud
or
like incisive words that you yourself
are bringing out that are like we said
the broken heart that are breaking open
your heart breaking open all your
insides and bringing up stuff that is
uncomfortable that's like oh I don't
have any problems with that. No you
bring it up bring it out speak it. When
you do that, it's like it's like a it's
like a a it's like it's like what's
going on here? I have this I don't have
any anger issues. I don't have any
issues of this type or that type. I'm
totally fine with this thing. Right? But
when you bring it up, I once heard um
from Rabiki he said we have these
gumaras that the sadikim and the garra
says that said if this z would have
passed the base I would have run out
like a come on like kany like the big
sadikim they run like doesn't make sense
even now. We don't even think of it like
that. Like it doesn't, you know, like
some Reba is going to have a tya. He
said, "No, they have the same tyasu.
They have even bigger tas, but they're
so open with their tya. They're so in
contact in touch with it that they they
know what it is and therefore they
protect themselves from it. Right? But
we I don't have such a ta guy. I'm not
so I'm going to hang out and we go and
do we put ourselves in situations
psychologically and physically that we
get tested and don't always don't always
pass because of that you know so the
idea is that when we when we have these
ramen when these raim are the coil
that's bounding into our our head and
they're going in there so it could be a
scary thing could be something that's
like I don't want to do this like why
would I want to do this I'm good like
just leave me alone I don't need to have
thunder in my head. [laughter] My head's
fine. Just leave me alone. But what he's
saying is that when you tap into the the
when you when you when you hear it from
someone, it's a different sound. You
begin to hear it in a way that you're
like, "Oh, this is something powerful
that's kind of shaking. Wakes me up, but
it's a good wake up. It's something that
like as uncomfortable as it is, it's so
healing. It's so opening and so healing
that I'm like I'll go back for more. You
know, it's like in the beginning of
learning Gamarra like mish in the
beginning beginning I don't know
sometimes people don't remember the
beginnings um because they're in eighth
grade or whatever sixth grade fifth
grade and they you know just flow into
the gamarra. But for some people that
don't take that beginning and they have
to begin much later in their lives. So
the beginning of learning beginning of
learning gamarra you're like this is
torturous. This is pure torture. I don't
understand the words. And even when I
crack my head, I don't understand the
words. I don't understand the question.
But what is really asking? And then
answer and then puzza just it's and then
you break and you crack and you break
and then you get a question, you get an
answer and you get a sug. And then
you're like, ah, there's something here.
There's something here. It's hard. It's
annoying. It's like it's it's it's a
ram. It's it's it's a gura. But you
begin to taste it. The sweetness of it,
you're like, there's something here.
There's something good. And you'll go
back. I think that's maybe what the leag
is is that you're right it's a it's a
guru and we want that but it it could be
something that just causes us anxiety
like another thing I have to do another
avoid that I need to do another thing
that's going to bring me closer to
Hashem what else you want me to do put
on for fill in my head you know like I
already put on to fill it's like what do
you want no he's saying just when you
taste this and this is this is something
that you know loud fela when you get
into a gooding also it could be like the
quietest whisper that when you whisper
these things into yourself when you're
driving in the you know on the
throughway you start whispering to
yourself what's going on what's
happening what's happening in my life
why am I triggered with this what does
it mean how can I deal with it where's
it coming from and you start to do these
things and the ramen start to hit your
brain you're like oh all of a sudden it
just opens up and you're like that's
what's going on so it's it's at the same
time intense but it's also beautiful I
think that's what he says that when you
when you have the from a when you have
the few when you hear the tea. Something
about that tea
awakens this um this beauty of the
beauty of the and then it allows you
[clears throat] to be able to accept it
without worry. you'll be able to go into
that space without worry the rest of the
day like say in different places he says
you know should be most of the day just
upbeat just try to be upbeat try to be
happy try to be pleasant with people but
always to take time to make sure that
you have space to do this that's why he
says
is a it's an oil we have to dive in
three times a day no it's a gift of like
quietness
separation, you know, nowadays with
Charlie Kirk and all the getting all
pumped up, Omar, everyone Shabbat,
Shabas, you know, day of just like turn
off everything and just you could just
you could just tap back into yourself,
tap back into your family, be a person.
So, Hashem gives us that gift three
times a day. And if we do this, we have
some car rides, we have even more time
just to tap into this place of
of just allowing ourselves to open up to
what's going on in our life. And then it
should bring a tremendous gur of that
bring into our brain proper thoughts and
open ourselves up to drip down into our
heart like always said to to open our
heart to all of the emotions so that the
heart then be so open that it can feel
everything. And generally that's what I
think we learned this in says the
lititness test if you're doing this
properly is how do you feel afterwards?
If afterwards you feel depressed, you
weren't doing in spite of this. You were
aim
this is bad and that's bad and why did
this happen? Why is that guy doing this?
Just scratching. Okay, something keep
doing in spite of this. But over here
the relig says that if afterwards you
feel like ah such like peacefulness and
joyh then you're getting to and you're
doing that what we're discussing here
is to take all the opportunities of open
our heart and
thank you for joining everybody.
Zaku.
