why is it because it's a distraction from life it's not life it's not bringing you to life so when there's this type of awareness of the which is life so the only real life is the source of all life which is the life of everything and of everybody so there is a profound love over there when a person gets this and they're opened up to it with real awareness so the heart responds to this this is It's a love that's enclosed that's manifested channeled through the person in their soul that's what we say with your heart and with all your heart and all your soul the heart and the nefes become conduits channels containers for this type of love so what's the definition of here says why do you love God this is life this is your life and a person loves the source of life there's a pleasure there's a there's a joy in in being a channel for that and connecting to that you say why what's the pleasure here so fine here's your life what if I don't like my life but the truth is that when you say this life force is the source of all goodness it's the source of bliss it's the source of pleasure so when a person is in touch with this with this frequency there's an element of Joy just because of experiencing this flow of life that is the love there is he says this is your life but for this I have to choose life in other words in every n of life I have to choose what part of it am I choosing which I have to choose which aspect of it am I embracing and that's a constant that's a constant awareness that's what he says the person needs the his to have the in order to be able to have in touch with the source of life I'm not God so it's a very vulnerable moment the mind would rather control everything it makes you God it makes me God in our own brain we become Godlike deities so if I figure it all out I could have an illusion of being in control but this kind real love is not control Real Love is vulnerability it's full presence and actually experiencing the joy of the reality the energy of the moment the joy of the other person the presence so it's a very very vulnerable state of surrender but it's a surrender to what to the source of life so when we speak about hem loving hasem the way the ALB explains it here it's really the same thing as loving life that's what he says which means it's really loving life that's also real selflove it's all the same thing means to love the self the real self the self that is a channel for Life the self that is a manifestation of the Divine Light it's not different it's not like a contrad ition because this is not narcissistic it's on my phone now I watch a movie now I watch a clip now I eat something now I go here I go there I'm running I'm running from life this is the idea no go into life don't run you don't have to run from anything the greatest thing is happening right now can can you be in touch with that you'll see this is very hard for for people to get in touch with you could try it out I said I told you last time a blessed year materially and spiritually a year of and diffusion of both and uh should fulfill all of your heart's desires everybody as he says whether health happiness prosperity and all your challenges should be transformed adversity should be transformed into blessings and everybody should be able to experience a year of true Bliss and goodness and delight and uh wholeness wholeness and begins with rushes poverty Rashi says a year when people make themselves poor they make themselves humble is wealthy at the end B but this year you don't need rashi's interpretation it's a year that the Jewish people were really impoverished in the beginning Miss B for the last few days Jews especially in Israel are walking their pasture has been restored somewhat dancing in the streets when they heard n the Hitler of today was killed and all the other nalas that were eliminated recently so it's the beginning of hm should help we should Tak see that this new tide of Miracle should take us into
