And it's basically saying whatever happens as much as water comes under the bridge so to speak what may be the connection is non-negotiable. It's absolute just like the connection with yourself. People go through a lot of changes but one non-negotiable thing in order to live is that your connection with yourself is not compromised. It's very important idea. It would seem simple but it's not so simple. There's no such a thing you cut off connections with yourself. If you're not on speaking terms with you, you may not like certain things. Okay? So just because I don't like certain things I don't talk to them, talk to them, listen to them, negotiate, fight with them, whatever. I mean, better not to fight. But uh the point is it's you. It's you. You don't say today I I woke up late. I have this problem. I hate myself. That's it. I hate myself. And when we do say that and we live that way, we all can understand the destruction of that because that's like the foundation. That's the foundation. I can't just say it's over because there's a lot of good reasons for it to be over. That is a skin deep perspective and it's undermining the deeper truth of reality. A relationship with another person is not just a relationship with their watch and their glasses and what type of hat they're wearing, but it's with their soul. It's with their energy. It's with their internal space, which is a very profound shift, right? And it's going away from judgment, from superficiality, from pleasing, from impressing, from flattering, from uh from avoiding. It's it's it's I want a relationship with the inner truth of life, which is the divine flow. As we spoke about being in flow, you know, going away from the from the ego, whatever that ego represents, it represents hortiness or it represents insecurity and and and the need to run. Whatever that that ego is, it's the separateness that opens itself up to the I want to be I want to be with you. I want to be I want to be real. I want to be real. That's the word. I like that. I want to be real. There's a thirst in the person when you get sick and tired from being sick and tired and when you get sick and tired from being fake. It's it's sickening. It's nauseating. Leave me alone already. enough years or at least part of the day I have to be fake or in certain relationships I have to be fake or at work I have to be fake or here I have to be like leave me alone I just want to be connected I want to be I want to be that's the word I want to be I don't want to be something else I don't want to ma wear masks and and and and and it's very deep we all understand this is deep aid it's very deep right and says this is the says in they follow God who roars like a lion is we the person roars like a lion when you experience the it's a roar it's an outcry of the lion representing the which is love that I want to be connected and this comes from an understanding that there's only one way of life and that is to be in the flow of God's energy right now the moment I go out of that. What does it look like going out of it? I don't probably don't have to explain, but it's basically I have to be in control. I have to control. I have to figure everything out. I own the world. I owe my wife. I own my kids. I own everything. So, there's right away stress and anxiety and overwhelmed and and and and what it's going to do to my reput all these types of thoughts. Everybody in their own way, whatever that looks like, you know, that's going out. I'm not in flow to be aware. No, God is creating me right now. So, I'm a channel. I'm just I'm a channel of energy. show up as your channel of energy that he wants you to be. Of course, be responsible doesn't mean not to be responsible. I'm a partner. I'm I'm the channel. He wants me to be the channel with my mind, my heart, my love, my presence, my arms, my legs, and my consciousness. But that's that's what it is. You relate? Do you relate to this? This is I mean, I would think it's pretty prim, but okay, fine. As I told you last time, it doesn't mean that it's that you know it's cheap means it's operating in the spiritual structure of a spiritual universe. And even just in regular day, you know, I'm shut down, I'm have to escape here, escape here, escape here. Every form of escapism, whether it's to my phone, to food, to Netflix, to cover, to attention, every form of escapism is the pain of not being in flow. And I'm looking for something to compensate. That's it. It could be my phone. I'm going to watch now some news for the next hour. It's going to be everybody who hates Israel. And I'm going to get upset at them. I'm going to put it on my family WhatsApp so they could see the new anti-semites that have been born since Charlie Kirk was killed. and uh and fine and for the next hour I'm good until we go to the next one. Then I'll go to the pantry and hopefully my wife bought a danish for Shabas and we can eat at Shabas or two days before Shabas and if it's really desperate you always have Netflix or whatever else you have. I don't know what everybody is familiar with in the room, but different forms of escape. >> Huh? What? Oh, that's a that's a good sha. So the flow of God that I can experience and you can experience is basically that which is measured to your capacity. I can't expect a 7 cup to contain the Niagara Falls. We're we it just doesn't work. I can't even expect a gallon to come into this cup unless the cup gets destroyed, right? Unless there's no cup anymore, that's no problem. But the definition of a cup is exactly to be 7 ounces. Niagara Falls I don't need a cup for. But I can't drink from Niagara Falls. And I can't drink 100 gallons of water or from the Atlantic Ocean. I can't drink up the Atlantic Ocean. The whole idea of a cup is exactly to give me a very limited amount that I could put it in my mouth and enjoy it. Yeah. That it could fit me. And that's exactly what divine energy is. It's exactly that. It it goes into every cup. Pun intended. Cup as cup. That was your uh comment. Cup as a head. Every brain according to its capacity. If the ants, if the ant would get human the human brain power, what would the ant look like? Yeah. The ant would also be in therapy all day like always. Thank God the ant is an ant. And he doesn't question himself. He doesn't wake up in the morning. Why am I not a dog? And why am I not a whale? And why am I not an elephant? And maybe I should change my career. You think my marriage is a good marriage. And why does this one drive me crazy? For that you have to be human or a dog to spend time around humans. Los Angeles, New York. So every animal has its it it's it's its capacity and that's what it is. The same is true spiritually. Every soul and every creation and always captures that flow that's manifested through it. Just like you have your IQ and you have just like you have your physical physical there's the DNA for your physical features, there's the DNA for your spiritual features. And by the way, they're all connected. The DN the physical DNA comes from a spiritual DNA. The Misha says that no two people's minds are alike. No two people's faces are alike. Even twins, right? Identical twins, so to speak. We call them identical, but they know they're not identical. There is a little tiny sequence in the DNA that is that is changed from one to another. I mean, it's, you know, obviously so tiny, but that that tiny alteration, that's God's imprint called you. That's his signature called you. You'reim, but you're also and it's not the same because you manifest the unique energy that's called because it's capturing. Again, it's a little interesting to use because it's really it's really the pimus of the world, but that's the whole point. It's capturing the energy that is limited to the capacity of every single creation. And that's what the heart is tuned into. Now, that creates a reservoir of endless inspiration and flow because you're in touch with that energy. There's a lot of gratitude there and a lot of humility there and a tremendous authenticity there and an internal Yeah. very deep support system because you don't operate from fear and from uh anxiety and from uh from desperation, right? That's how you right away know when I'm operating from anxiety, fear, desperation, urgency, like right that's all taking control, you know, trying to become my own god. That's a descoming my own god. This is where you show up. [Music] No. So what's pier? You remember what premise? What's pier? So the truth is you have to because that's much of the posture of of of of of a person, right? It's important to understand that that's that's to operate in that space is extremely extremely important. You know that's that's the path of life. That's the path of life. That's what gives all relationships luster and meaning. And it's the gift of love. It's the gift of coherence. It's the gift of being a channel. It's where humility, it's where humility and self-confidence become one. That's the way to describe it. Mameish. It's like self-confidence that breeds humility and humility that breeds self-confidence. The moment humility and self-confidence are divergent and certainly opposite. It has nothing to do with this. I just realized we have the 10 seconds of the wave there. take a picture of it. We freeze the picture and we start deluding ourselves that the the the wave is still there and we know it's a lie. So we have to delude ourselves and numb ourselves from the lie. Oh, so look at my wave. Look at my wave. And we hold it up for 90 some of us for 90 years. We hold up the wave like this. It crashed already. You know, it crashed 95 years ago. But I took a picture. I freeze it. So that's why of course I'm frozen. If if I would to be frozen, my wave would would be down. Of course I'm frozen. When I'm frozen, the wave could be up. It just came into me and I think it's so real. You know, of course you have to freeze. You can't be in the flow. What's the truth? The truth is the you're part of the ocean. You're good. You're fine. >> You're the ocean. Not only that, even if you could keep your wave up, what is the wave in comparison to the ocean? Even if you could keep your wave up, but it takes surrender. This takes surrender because it's letting go of the wave as a separate reality. And that's why waves don't go into depression because they have no problem. They they never detach from the ocean. They're part of the rhythm. Now is my time to shine and now is my time to go back. It's fine. And when the next wave shines, it's also me. It's also me. It's the ocean. The ocean is not competing with the wave. The wave is not competing with the ocean. But emotionally to experience all of this is not simple. It takes a lot of work. Right? So that's the whole idea of the first state, the first posture of tuning into flow. But when you do this, when you live like this, you'll see it's a different. It's really letting go. It's re really really letting go. You don't have to control. You don't have to control people. You don't have to control your loved ones. You don't have to control and it's not irresponsibility. People think when you say you let go, you become an irresponsible lazy couch potato. It's exactly opposite. You actually don't have to invest any energy and defensiveness and free state so that all your energy could actually go to do what you're supposed to do. So your responsibilities are actually executed with far more efficiency. That's what I have found in my life. You understand what I'm saying? When half of my mental space has to go into defensiveness, I can't even do my responsibilities. I'm working with a half a brain or 10% of my brain or or 0.2% of my brain. When you actually let go. So now okay he okay so this is what my job do it. You'll do it with your heart, with your soul, with your presence. You know, like people who exercise Yeah. like they they'll sometimes do in three hours what another person who's eating pizza whole day will take 12 hours because you're present. You're alive. Your body is is in flow. Your soul is in flow. You're aligned. You're connected. You're integrated. You're coherent. If not, I'm anxious now. I have to eat again and eat again. So, I may sit at the computer like a hippopotamus a whole day 12 hours. You know they sit till 3:00 in the morning and make websites and sell things and you know the you know you know that character we've some of us have been there been there done that. Yeah. It's not the 3:00 in the morning much like a hippopotamus. There's potato chips all over and a black and white and then there's a pizza here and then the seven up and whatever it is. It's like a you know what I mean? Completely completely fragmented. Completely fragmented. The person is producing. They're producing. They're making money. But there's like a certain internal disintegration that is going on. There's no real self-respect. There's no real self-respect. I'm just escaping and I'm doing things and I get things done. You're talented. You're skilled. You're brilliant. You know how to play the market. You know how to whatever it is. You're good with your websites. You're good with your programming. you're good with all the it should be within just send a little commission and a little but internally there is a torturous there's a torturous place over there and we don't want to go there in this space though when you could let go of everything else you know being present for 20 minutes for an hour two hours outweighs all of this and it's here where confidence and humility mamish converge they become the same thing because the ultimate confidence confidence is Hashem's confidence and you're a channel. So you know exactly who you are and you don't let you don't let anybody tinker with that. Not because you're arrogant. Not because you have a point to prove. Not because I'll show you that I'm the boss and you don't start up with me and I'll take revenge. You don't have to go there. It comes from an internal fact that it's almost protecting the light that God wants to shine through you. You understand the difference? Arrogance is I'm trying to substitute for God and make turn myself into a means I'm protecting the light that Hashem has to shine through me. And you have to protect it. Yeah. You can't let it be stolen or abused or manipulated because it's not your light. It's not even your light. It's like somebody entrusts with you a child, right? Yeah. You have to protect that child because it's a it's a vulnerable world. We each have a child to protect. We each have the light to protect. That's a child. It's a beautiful angelic child. You need to protect it. That's very very humble experience without it's without judgmentalism. So now that we're so enamored by we have to open ourselves up to PMI. PMI is a deeper layer of our truth, right? Somebody asked, I think uh Rabbi Margaret asked last time, why should you go why should you move on? like it's good here like you know you have a beautiful house and a vacation spot like why should you go somewhere else good though right and the the ultimate answer is I think I told this to you yesterday but right the the moment it's about benefits like I don't need a you're right you don't have to go anywhere else you don't have to go anywhere else the saliv is not describing a utilitarian benefit you know you're going to get move to this company and you'll get a bigger salary quit this job get a new job and I'll show you the benefits. Like I'll show you the benefits of salv is reaching a place where there's no benefits but it's reaching a place of reality and that's really so there's nothing that can move you like when you go to a place where you're not being moved because of any benefit. First level is not ego but in the first level it's the with that which I am experiencing is being channeled through me. You're the ocean itself.
