Life Advice From A Comedian

i just ran into he's our new neighbor the famous comedian oh median tell us a joke i'm sorry i'm kidding i'm kidding i think you get pretty annoyed having people ask you that all the time uh yeah you can't even imagine here have something to drink oh thank you hey boy did i need this my boss today wouldn't get off my back about deadlines it's all deadlines deadlines and deadlines with this guy calm damn i'll get to it when i get to it oh man at least you got to work i spent over an hour today in traffic it's only nine miles shouldn't take that long well what about you you got something you want to get off your chest uh uh no uh not really i've actually had a pretty good day then again i'm a comedian you know we i don't even start work for a couple hours we did speaking of which um i really should be getting home uh gotta help out the wife um uh thanks for the drink really appreciate it uh nice meeting you both you got it and hey sal come by tomorrow same time same place that right billy mi casa su casa hey and no jokes needed your companies and now okay thanks i i really appreciate it and all right yeah you know i'll stop by tomorrow okay all right catch you later hey so you made it back happy to see you again how could i not you guys were so nice to me yesterday i told you he thought we were cool well wait i wouldn't go that far i was just telling billy how my boss was at it again so uptight and demanding wait have you ever tried talking to your boss talk to my boss this guy really is a comedian i'm telling you jimmy you got nothing on me i spent over an hour in traffic every day this week i work eight hours and with traffic that makes it 10. i'm just wasting my time have you ever considered like listening to a podcast or catching up with old friends just so it doesn't feel like a waste of time um no never thought about that you guys mind if i try out a new joke on you please yeah go right ahead go ahead okay a man comes home from work tells his wife your mother's been living with us for 20 years isn't time she found a new place wife turns to him says my mother thought it was your mother [Laughter] man comes home from work tells his wife your mother's been living with us for 20 years isn't it about time she got her own place wife turns to him and says my mother i thought it was your mother man comes home from work tells his wife your mother's been living with us for 20 years is it the time she got her own place wife turns to him says my mother i thought it was your mother so why do you keep repeating the same joke well it was funny the first time right yeah it was i had a good laugh out of it yeah but not so much the second and third time right no well you see life can be challenging and we need to vent once in a while and that's like telling the joke the first time but if you keep complaining about the same thing over and over that's like telling the joke over and over without changing it see the joke becomes stale and and not funny right you might think i'm crazy life is too short and unpredictable to keep complaining about things you want a different result make a change [Music]
