okay I'm here with PA n can I ask you a question of course porm is around the corner and one of the biggest mitz in porm is to drink alcohol what's the negative effect the long-term effect of drinking too much alcohol the shortterm I know you can't drive you can't take with your family normally what's the long-term effect of drinking too much alcohol well the long-term effect of drinking too much alcohol is that it destroys a vital vital organ in your body called the liver the liver filters all the your blood it filters all the different toxins different things that you eat different foods that sometimes are not great for you it all filters through the liver and alcohol what it does it it destroys the cells that make up the liver uh and there therefore can lead to a condition called curosis uh and therefore once that happens unfortunately um people are not able to function properly and it could actually lead to fatal outcomes wow how about drinking um shabas here and there you know for kidish ABD or like drinking a little bit schnaps by shabas KES yeah so again AL here and there a KES here and there again as long as it's not done in excessive amounts uh is totally fine uh obviously it will have some type of sedating effects that's what alcohol does uh on your on your body it releases certain neurotransmitters that affect your brain uh and therefore it will slow you down but again if it's done short and it's not done chronically and it's not done in excess not in too much uh it will not be fatal and as long as you don't do anything dangerous at the moment you'll be fine thank you
