Lessons learned from a pizza shop w/ @BerelSolomon

one of my biggest lessons I ever learned in business was from the owner of a pizza shop the guy was losing his mind whipping pies out of the oven throwing them into boxes as people would try to help him he had like 11 staff around him and he was the one who had to be at the center of the whole show I asked the [ __ ] question you give the answers pushing and shoving all the pies everywhere and sprinkling the cheese and I realized myself oh my gosh I'm making the same mistake in my business I was the guy in the pizza shop I was the guy trying to do everything myself I was the guy pushing my employees out of the way so that I could do it my way it was a big mistake the guy went bankrupt why because the second that he was sick or the second that he could knock him into work his entire pizza shop closed don't be the guy in the pizza shop you gotta trust your people [Music]
