the years real estate as a business which I was doing all day long business as a real as an investment manag the businesses and the ,000 estate grinding a grind the reason being is to do Investments do business real estate real estate is absolutely not a business estate investment it's a total investment people could do it to make their living but it's not a business business is a business and as soon as the market hit and I was wiped of real estate the business and I'm fighting for what is mine and I'm going for what is needed eventually over the years investing in real estate in with all the companies some years we make a lot more money in the real estate investments in they instrument investment from Real Estate from the companies because we view it for what it is business is business real estate is an investment and the same goes for the stock market so how does that how does that taka influence like you're viewing it differently so what do you do very simple explanation very well very very well asked so when is who cares okay but let me give you a scenario so let's say I need to bring on $250,000 a year to kind of cover Man by the way English so then episode so so and by the way for the Audi in the studio episode okay and the way you do it actually because of fix right so he does one2 whatever the cas is 000,000 it's not a problem right okay was basically was basically because the right but right now pickup trucks we'll get to that so can't fixing flips because that means he basically that's what he's basically saying right so he doesn't want to say that so what's the decisions that he makes when kicking off a fix flip he's buying now things so now he starts making bad Investments now he start making very shaky investment it's not your business mhm other way investment you invest if it's not a investment you don't invest so soundly you're making sound decisions and get the decisions get investment and then you refinance it and that's how you move move on so again real estate is not a business mentioned didn't get lucky luy not a good thing he had very good Investments I'm totally fine with it business man a great investor totally fine investment real estate toal investment there's no question about it so eventually it worked out VIP toilets as it's clean it's so VIP basically is a univ fresh running water the the waste tank is contained so's make it through portable toilets figure out the goal double it and get it going podast this podcast is in the money business this makes so much money to the viewers out there you think you're making money to the viewers out there do the same thing build a studio get a podcast going now it starts making money to competition and now we're going sure by the way follow status just saying flip the so they they upscale part from the toilets they got to the VIPs and VIPs we got requested in multiple States so VIP is a nationwide company and someone in Most states of the country we we some VIP trailers and so on so that's that yeah I'm not gonna bore you a lot about you know location viewers of multiple locational compan very good question part so the is simple any notely it's a very very exactly is um so the my goal the most important thing the M my goal and the goal turns into be a focus so you go and you focus to specific things so vision and then comes then comes the part of focus which brings the motivation okay to actually get needs to get done so now you may have a goal but play and nobody's actually developing it because nobody had the motivation or the goal to actually develop it about the movies your goal should be something that you're motivated to do so I'm going to ask you a question I don't know I would talk to let's just shoot for the for fun sake you want to be in Furniture you want to be in cars you want to be just shoot something you want to be EV art you want to be in art okay shoot anything let's just say let's say art okay so that is exciting yeah and based on what you're saying so that's exciting so that should turn in essence in to the motivation to get to it which in essence will turn into money if you have the plan yeah right okay my goal is money mhm I don't care if the instrument is Art right okay so that's that's the opposite so that means is I'm running running after the big picture the big picture at the end of the day is because unfortunately we need money you need wealth in order to get to wealth you need something that's going to drive you there so then comes back to ask yourself the question okay so it's really not g to sandwiches over there they're going to pay you for the sandwiches right there so you could call people in from and get business through them they give money to these people and you get business from saleson something to that nature so the focus is basically so then you start utilizing anywhere well norak landscaping equipment that would be something to do Chicago houon Texas California cities big cities okay so this basically Focus Focus South Florida you very much by the way by the way his goal was to not come and he just didn't have motivation no so the answer is go so basically okay ofation so yet location so to a million sales vacy so then you start boiling it down to the execution once that's done you have to secure money can SC bus it's one thing that boils down to money how much money do you have to throw at it that's basically what it is well technically location is investment straty is people you have to have the right people because did anybody see it then you're just a babysitter mention that actually execute what you have there and if they don't have there office whatever come back to me is systems and procedures so on that first location experience so systems and procedures and the systems and you turn it over to the next location and you stick to those systems so for example a man office executive meeting single this is a system that goes to every location you know just to fastp it because basically is because from the marketing line okay I didn't walk into a business everybody needed my product the question isne business um a coffee shop is a weird because Starbucks excitement because okay ice store it's not a crepe it's not a crepe they don't call a CPE waffle it's called um Street I came back actually invested I was just the busy but it's one much too much time and you basically go out out and you and you make it out there but this is an idea where you need marketing because we're going to stick to an idea toilet say because because air business you know what that tells you that all you got to do is a million each you have a $10 million company M that's all that it does to you so how do you take away a million dollars from each of them some of these companies are tired some of these companies probably have bad customer service some of these companies are just not competing well on Google some there's a million ways how to get done the same motivation when they started also it's like but now they're tired already they're 15 years old they extremely talented people so again s s policies and procedures because I know exactly what I need to be looking for for the next location get so under Min cultures under Min mention under type of personalities under Min sty understand but we're but we're going back to the original thing so same companies was Million business combined so all you got to do is and it's very easy it's a very clear dot on the map follow these 10 see what they do see what they don't do one of the or the whatever and so on okay so but we'll get to that in a second the greedy way of saying it is because rich people like what you can't get or rich people like to buy what you don't have important people will always come to him okay so so that's the greedy answer to it of why people buy it the reason why I buy antiques I love antiques I I love the rush I love the having it whatever the case is I don't sit and draw it okay I usually in I usually spend money on two things either something that makes me comfortable my car a new phone okay that makes me comfortable a a first class seat in in in in in a plane or something is going to make me money MH antiques in what I buy makes you money not that I'm going to sell it but in an apprais value it's money so I'm going to give you a story and it's real fast and I'm so in 2007 when the market went haywire I always I I already had antiques at that point I don't remember okay that I bought for $10,000 of okay and the guy that I bought it from so so they will sometimes give you on on on B you know okay so you're making payments you're making five payments three payments whatever the case is and I I may have paid the guy half of so let's say I bought for $50,000 I may have PID him 25 Maybe he came back after 6 months he bought it back from me for 10 for $20,000 a pop wow each 20,000 each so I I in total I paid 50 I bought it back for 100 I had a tillum I had a slita tillum that I bought I think for seven that somebody else he bought back for me for 14 wow and this was the months that I owned it and so on so at the end of the day it's valued money but the problem is that one of the in one of the few Investments that's why it's not an investment where you have to spend 100% of the investment and you're not and you don't have the chance to recover any of the dollars unless you're going to sell it is on because if you business and invest okay milon so you actually get that money back and you actually build it up that way building for a million dollar and the your investment is on a million dollars but it only cost you $300,000 out of pocket understood the only thing where you're actually putting out a packet 100% signature in the front and in the back and the back from back there's no way in the world it's not worth 6 half or $7,000 or a lot more than that okay so they isain okay because whatever okay if I want to go sell it I could sell it for $20,000 so this doc documents authenticated a pipe a pip a pipe they pipe for $50,000 but to do documentations do an do proofs at the end of the day right but certain products I'll do it tomorrow I'll do it tomorrow what do you mean sh right exactly it doesn't show on but also you know but all right also you know it's the whatever the signed it let's say
