is so island is Island dep island is not oh wow rers Island for the city what the difference between City Federal and State how this works the system in general anything Federal the federal federal system robbery other domestic violence uh driving wild toxic so the federal commit crime government so what's the state what's the difference between city and state the city to the state so the city to actually for the state to help they imate for x amount of years okay the state that is the main the state system 49 prisons in New York York City correct jail and prison is it's a very good question actually and I get it a lot um jail is basically the county prison the county jail um prison is when served hard time sent for certain amount of years prison right local police station City the police station Central Bing in the court building actually so is adjacent to the court up to 72 hours judge um and he name and um fin mention was in the local Precinct local the local police 100% you know can bring the of but the story but the point is the final decision and and vested a million from the FBI of their case they're locking a in and you know everything is going to go the way they want it and last minute at this point they're not going to reinvest when Tri know against way past that was by the end and then and they let the case loose because um and you know awareness about it is mention you know and prison lock them for years sometimes you know and especially when medical issues medical problems it could be so hard on people as you know correct yep so but again it's through his his and transfer to so basically when plead guilty olster correctional facility and most probably within the next two weeks and and you know like the Cure exactly the the unwritten rules above ground pipes CH alone dring with staples and pictur and basically the offic and offic hands hands on hands on the wall offic the officers off the floor so basic and while R ripat so anyway clearly that he got beaten up yet the GS yeah and the offic name what the officers so they knew they have a free pass with for the officer please get me into pc pc is protective custody so prisoners in danger to the officer and obviously the reason for and SLI to the off the off he wants to get into PC I'm also and usually usually so from the Glu from the windows light fixtures toothbrush a toothbrush a toothbrush was the okay all the way the back from the sign I guess this is brush exactly the reasoned for the rest of his life whenever prison whatever it isk and is Snitch and stay far from him and just just the opposite like and in the state system anyways Correctional deterent the floors Al chemicals and yeah baby powder and baby powder's usually yeah this so the officer off the the the and usually the the floors shower wall the div and the officer up against the wall what's going on I guess the prison and they got move to correction maxity jail and a picture um zero marks pictures um in the VIS visting room pict the next pictures but and full report and the details this it's it's sickening and New York and business employees officers with servers and phone systems with computers with against situation yet at the same time Correctional Facility online they fired by Governor H um probably the same situation all the time overdoses the black market what's talking the black market this the Mi yeah sure um I'm going to get back to in a second game I finish the point as bless the right time the right days but um and so it's the is M vital from the prison okay all the time every single month unreported corruption correct and this is New York state in state was advocating against the prison fix changing other you know their system rather just with against American flag and with that I'm not under estimating literally and get away with everything for the longest like everybody got away with it they officers and Mish Mish uh New York State Nazis uh [Music] um they don't get accounted for whatever they do um the reason for was the commissioner offic back by the unions the unions protect their officers so govern that's and yeah any prison in New York state the black market yeah so do the prison currency prison currency is the black market SOA pouches is do um Chicken of the Sea whatever put under the company test Famous Fish the currenc the value of a dollar on the outside anything same same what whatever it is the hoca and and the outside and release the product the GU is in the account the mention um on by officers most of the time is offices fishing is okay B the prison food is disting the state system basically beans usually and protein in so v um and correct ja usually lawers is basically sh and so actually okay full package the company P okay soan food is delicious this is mostly so most okay Goan food is best airplane food is definitely bested um St basically this is a roasted chicken dinner chicken breast so say complicated complicated Improvement okay and unfortunately so of the of the label potato pudding right yeah car [Music] fi um no to be honest it's not so the carrots is the maybe the chicken yeah Z sweet um the kgle tast V fo little little foam a jelly feel yeah and the chicken tast plastic so the joke the that's how bad the prison food is so the best meal actually inous is the chicken wings chicken wings was skimmed in the in the meals and chicken wings and it's literally human adult wow off beef Islanders Island yeah is beef beef cabbage sleep [Laughter] actually yep mhm no way yeah well okay it's okay wow wow yeah okay I respect it because because privac while you know was just going to make worse for the for the prisoners soic [Music] that crime Visa upate the medication and say backdated hude including the medication we really came a long way any time between usually the time the nurse and it was very very bad like was is uncomfortable anybody was anybody know exactly yeah sure for examp so so but but leme the steam okay anything yeah so so medic often mention diseases um and we see it mention the life expect the outside the easiest available but do certain prisoners was Mak the sit because [Music] usually a lot of years is the best prison um fix anybody and the actual jail ised officially known gangers right there's no two ways about it correct so lat plus question mention but literally in the backyard um in Madagascar Africa this is all all the way across the world okay [Music] so yeah sure inar Africa he got into trouble um Turtles animals and plants and certain like certain animal certain in thep [Music] would give it it would pass it down Generations Tha suitcase fil it Turtles 58 Turtles 58 okay and apparently um do homeless kind um driver whatever it is is is um is ADD addicted is addicted and and and and and so and and it's so sad so you do the crime do the time obvious you know something happened and I truly believe there's a lot a lot of innocent people in at the same time the community and unfortunately end up in jail and mention usually crimes is usually um and yeah [Music] decision he's going to cross that bridge this is just in the circle and and whatever was businesses or whatever was the actual problem as you know process whatever it is it wasn't his the risk part from the business and anything wrong so you know unfortunately and it's very pain correct by the way um when is imprisoned in New York [Music] state in New York state there's no way of getting it like mention if you do the crime and and that you do the time and so instead the state prisons get the federal the average State the federal federal federal probably State um you'll be surprised if mention is just just can run an organization just from State prisoners wow yeah but but in average Z is is probably most federal crimes and yeah visit York like Vis United States obviously States yeah for sure and like without asking location visal army base corre 2800 is worst nightmare wow so York Film Maryland Connecticut Pennsylvania um Phil Phil New Jersey obv New Jersey newy New York all over New jerse York all the way up um yeah actually organiz by um and and okay listen the latest plus questions is was the most visited jail um probably Riker's Island Riker Island yeah plus question how many people work for your organization so employes important work vital work organization was include all organizations um cancer patients on the outside and Correctional Facility New York City made it towards Central New York and York license plat $4 million revenue for the the prison theis week but either way it's bad um and mental illness and this is what led him into prison and mentioned mental illness was committing crimes Correctional illness and was very very bad visitor f actually visit the visiting off I'm sorry but he went to the hospital this morning but for now map and kicked the weekend actually Shas Shas um Correction Facility medium security it is inform you that you're the only person that we have on record that ever visited him and what's your relationship to him sorry to tell you about and they okay um organizational and it doesn't work like
