autism they have behavioral problems right A lot of them or they can't get themselves dressed they can't do things ABA learned can be trained in a kind of mechanism but you can fix the behavior you can't fix the person but you can fix the behavior it was mine was that because the child has autism child can't dress himself can't feed himself can't sit at a table doesn't know how to play with other kids and with the techniques of ABA mechanisms um yeah it's a big thing to be on the spectrum because any of us on the Spectrum came back coming the federal government we as the federal government made a law that insurance has to pay for autism treatment because the government said so foreign and yet it's a federal mandate every insurance has to pay so now there's ABA agency's all over the world so so ABA agency ABA agency diagnosis from autism help foreign no problem you can make a hundred thousand it went 150 000. this is for private one-on-one sessions correct let's say um it could be a lot of things it's a bit a lot of cover made a lot of money most of our early tell me them and tomidas opened up agencies I don't want to tell you how much they sold it for but many more Millions than you and I know how to count tens tens of millions many wow it's aggressive business industry yeah it's a good business and we have Canada we have a lot of younger life in this a lot of you know I take this training a lot of ladies take the training and again that's the biggest cause how do people reach you if they feel that they have the ability to do something like this they call ever heard of a social worker no social workers every school today has social workers is and if we don't know how to take care of them we're gonna have trouble we're gonna have a lot of problems so from it's going to be from problem little problems little problems become big problems that's how it works little problems don't go away they just become bigger that's right right exactly so I didn't want to make social work because social work is a very very social work is not for everybody Health dose buy-ins a social worker is was in the garage psychologist or a psychiatrist by owns we have a Social Work of a student everybody is normal so nobody has to go to a psychologist or psychiatrist Abu gateman is a social worker right now is also with the social worker by the going our social workers highly trained skilled councils not all of them but so the jokes basically says a psychologist but a psychologist right as a psychologist on the ability to share my prescription a psychologist prescription but a psychologist with counseling with handling social workers Xenon if they're good and if they work at it it takes a psychologist you got to go to school for five years six years social workers a year and a half so this looks much easier in the year and a half but the year and a half limbs maintenance as he comes out of school and he graduates dementia psychologist he trains by people and he trains and keeps going you keep on going and to do a social [Music] the whole Mental Health um community in The Firm world the governors yes of a land and social workers you can't do this if you don't have a good feel right this is our job a real heart exactly it says we you know we're not so good with feelings right we we have feelings I feel hungry I feel tired I feel angry I feel frustrated but that's that's as good as we get right yeah and every one of you who are sitting here every one of you you're committing yourself to get into the kishkers and to help a guy to think the difference is about do my best special education special education is foreign marriage therapy couple therapy this is this is speech speech therapy Wisconsin articulation Aphasia there's a lot of things that a speech therapist does we have occupational therapies also occupational therapy versus the physical therapy of Occupational Therapy was never had a stroke or somebody that has a difficulty with movement or something like that works out with them something like that and now they're not they're not functioning well we have an MBA a master's in Business Administration in the business somebody took items for the Masters in Business Administration aggressive business results very well trained they're vice versa it depends on the program but in in the Masters in Business Administration the MBA meleanto's basic accounting basic forecasting business plan um cost analysis business laws marketing all of these things that a person needs you go into business it's very nice to share that business and he wants to bring you in but you don't know what you're doing a CEO or the president a CEO a president average employee I always tell people you got to be the smartest guy in the room why do you want here's here's the big issue the big issue is that many many people in our community they don't they don't take the they don't they don't take the reins they don't put themselves in the driver's seat whatever life will bring me listen I swear it's going to have a business so if my swear has a business in linen I'll work in linen and if he does insurance I'm going to sell insurance you don't get to choose your future you don't get to choose where you're going and that works for a lot of people because no problem they don't need a degree they don't need my course they go but there's a lot of people that have got this and they have no way to develop them and you can take control of your life somebody else alive there's no program that's going to tell you everything you need to know no such thing but it will give you the confidence to pick you up and put you on the path to go to where you want to go right I was driving to Kyle one night I got the flat tire so I could have item and four guys come flying over there so two of them get to work and they're fixing the tire and one of the covers standing there and he looks at me and he says you wear my muscles I said yeah it gives me a big hug I go whoa what's this he says you don't recognize me I was in the program I became an ABA therapist by you I have a paranasa my wife has a husband my kids have a father I'm a mensch I'm not a schlepper and I'm a Hawaiian member that was a schlepper Indiana Supermarket now everybody wants to hire me he made a business he made an ABA business now and they're going to business that he's going to make money on Wow change a person's trajectory in life 25 000 students learn her wow okay we're gonna have to wrap this up all good things must come to an end exactly mechanics a phone call from somebody in Western Michigan University he said Rabbi I once heard you speak and there's a bunch of Jewish students Western Michigan is in Kalamazoo okay Kalamazoo Kalamazoo is five hours from where I lived Montreal I said I said Jeff I don't know I said please Rabbi everybody's here everybody wants to hear you I said okay I'm gonna go nobody pays you
