LIC you're a professional you can go into classroom you can go do whatever you got to do this is the reason for exist for this now [Music] nowee in 2023 2027 coming up right how's he going to know what is doing exactly so the ter say the techniques are the techniques the learning for graduates refresher continuing education like how does it it keeps changing no no no even though the daugh is English we take and we we build the program that it should make sense foram it can't be the same program it's not the same program that I'm going to give to the ladies the they all have high schools English so this way we give them the ability to do it and this is on legal terms every single thing we do we do together with the college with permission is legally required to in the college no it doesn't work that way they don't give you a specific paragraph and if they do and we say this I have a problem with and this I have to switch and this is why and this is what I'm to switch it with and you work with me and we work together and they want it they're happy to% I'm I'm africanamerican yeah yeah 14th Avenue w wow special education for ABA also AB a Aba ABA isi do social Works do ab soci special ed speech right so what is Aba ABA is Aba yeah ABA meant ADV applied Behavior Analysis applied Behavior Analysis that's me in yish appm fix autism they have behavioral problems right A lot of them or they can't get themselves dressed they can't do things ABA learn those but you can fix the behavior you can't fix the person but you can fix the behavior example that because the child has autism child can't dress himself can't feed himself can't sit at a table doesn't know how to play with other kids and with the techniques of ab so this fix the problem and what the ative word autism autism is a spectrum and it can very autistic autistic somewhere off the Spectrum mention on the Spectrum the spectrum is gross Spectrum yeah it's a big thing to be on the spectrum because is on the Spectrum the federal government V because the federal government made a law that insurance has to pay for autism treatment because the government said so yet it's a federal mandate every insurance has to pay so now there's ABA agencies all over the world ABA agency AB AGC Fromm therapist therapist thetion that's right cre Network for that's right change Improvement in a person's house okay no problem you can make 100,000 you can make 150,000 this this is for private one-on-one sessions correct let's say um HCS you be a supervisor you could be a supervisor you could be this it could be a and again that's the biggest how do people reach you if they feel that they have the ability to do something like this they call up we have a number we have people who talk to people all day long from there invented class them therapy for years and years and years from the terrible abuse abuse they stapled on his back a paper that said I did something in recess that was wrong I forgot what he did by recess they stapled it on his back and they made him walk through the Yesa what yeah I shouldn't have said y's name it's a long time ago they would never do that wow I remember I remember that I remember going home and this today took a toothbrush and brushed his teeth in front of the class because we're going to wash out the m yeah yeah your insides are g wow mention wow it's the it's the same thing by the way that's why we we have a we have a program we do social work right why social work when you went to you ever heard of a social worker soci no social workers every school today has social work I don't know and if we don't know how to take care of we're going to have trouble we're going to have a lot of problems so from it's going to be from problem little problems little problems become big problems that's how it works little problems don't go away they just become bigger problems that's right right right exactly so I didn't want to make social work because social work is a very very social work is not for everybody soci work the a social worker is a health dose by a social worker is psychologist or psychiatrist by we have a Social Work everybody's normal so nobody has to go to a psychologist or psychiatrist is a social worker by the right the social worker by the a social worker does that $50,000 our social workers in the highly trained skilled counselors not all of them but so the basically a psych psychologist but psychologist right as a psychologist own the ability to sh my prescription a psychologist psychiatrist psychist psychologist counsel social workers if they're good and if they work at it it takes a psychologist to got to go to school for 5 years six years social workers a year and a half so zuk much easier in a year and a year and a m as he comes out of school and he graduates psychologist he trains by people and he trains and keeps going he keep on going and social workers uh psychologist not typical the whole mental health um community in the from World social work it's you can't do this if you don't have a drive a real heart but by man we you know we're not so good with feelings right we we have feelings I feel hungry I feel tired I feel angry feel frustrated but that's that's as good as we get right and every one of you who are sitting here every one of you you're committing yourself to get into the Kish articulation aasia there's a lot of things that a spe therapist does we have occupational therapy occupational therapy Physical Therapy occupational therapy had a stroke or somebody that has difficulty with movement or something like that works out with them something like that and now they're not they're not functioning well we have an ba and Masters in Business Administration in the business somebody for the Masters in Business Administration very well trained it depends in the program but in in the Masters in Business Administration the MBA M those basic accounting basic forecasting business plan um cost analysis business law marketing all of these things that a person needs you go into business it's very nice to business and he wants to bring you in but you don't know what you're doing so CEO presid CEO presid CEO average I always tell people you got to be the smartest guy in the room why do you want here's here here's the big issue the big issue is that many many people in our community they don't they don't take the they don't they don't take the Reigns they don't put themselves in the driver's seat whatever life will bring me my schar's going to have a business if myar has a business in linen I'll work in linen and if he doesn't insurance I'm going to sell insurance you don't get to choose your future you don't get to choose where you're going and that works for a lot of people because no problem they don't need a degree they don't need my course there's a lot of people that have and they have no way to develop them and you can take control of your life somebody else manager company in employ the corporate world so students just Vice you know the basic concept from them any there's nothing there's no program that's going to tell you everything you need to know not no such thing but it'll give you the confidence to pick you up and put you on the path to go to where you want to go right I was driving to one night I got the flat tire so I called and four guys come flying D over there so two of them get to work and they're fixing the tire and one of the standing there and he looks at me and says you R by misel I said yeah it gives me a big hug I said whoo what's this he says you don't recognize me I was in the program I became an ABA therapist by you I have a parosa my wife has a husband my kids have a father I'm a mench I'm not a schlepper any and I'm a m said I'm I was AER I Supermarket now I'm the boss now everybody wants to hire me he made a business he made an ABA business now and a business that he's going to make money on Wow it change a person's trajectory in life 25,000 students wow this is insane from Lon we're going to have to wrap this up all good things must come to an end a phone call from somebody
