People the whole summer they're sitting by Yenham's pool, they're sitting in a hotel, they're sitting by their neighbors, and they keep on thinking they need to put in a pool. This is the time, this is when you want to start planning it so that you have enough time to really figure out everything in your backyard. There's a lot that goes into pool building. Um, so this is this is really the best time to start planning it and so right after Yant we can get building right away. >> This is a massive massive job. Beautiful job. This is Mal from Haz from California from Florida. Tell us a little bit about the job they did over here and I know there's a lot of new uh ideas technology that you did over here. >> Yeah. So the customer wanted a very uh modern pool and this is most most of our jobs we do rectangle pools. This is a vinyl liner pool. This is a little bigger than our average pool. This is a 20x 45. Uh this pool has uh multiple different upgrades. Uh for the most the the the most noticeable upgrade would be the sund deck. This is something that a lot of people are doing for their pools. It's uh in the shallow end of the pool. The pool starts off at about a foot of water. You get to sit here with the kids. You can put chairs in here. So it's very nice. A lot of people like that. This pool also has an automatic cover. 30 seconds and just a push of a button. This pool will cover. There's a lot of benefits to that. >> I see. It's the latest thing like most pools have this automatic. >> Exactly. Yeah. Some of the benefits is uh safety number one. Once it's closed, you can walk on it. Second benefit I would say is the it keeps the gas bill down a lot because this will retain all the heat in the pool. Once it's covered, uh the pool stays hot without the need for the heater to turn back on. >> It's like the spray foam idea to help. >> We're all trying to all trying to save energy and uh of course it keeps your pool uh sparkly clean. Your pool looks every single time you open it, it will look like this. Maintenance. It saves on chemicals. Bunch of different benefits that it has. >> Now, let me ask you a question. I see this uh person, this customer put this pool in a very smart position. Like you put it on the side of the backyard. What would you recommend? I know I see people do it like in back of the house with the while you, you know, while you're in the kitchen, you can see the pool. I see people putting it in the side. People like put it on the sun, in the shade, next apartment, privacy. What's the >> exactly? So, this is one this is one of the first things we do is when we come to the property, we figure out the best location for the pool. In this case, the best location was for the sun. As you see, the sun is beating on me and you. So, this is this was the best location in terms of that. That's the most important for this customer. Also, because it's at the end of the property, um they want it separate so that in the winter or when they're not using it, the whole property is still accessible. They have the beautiful uh swing set area over there. And so that's definitely one of the first things that we that we figure out when we start uh this whole process. >> This is very cool. These are actually uh built-in speakers. It's meant to give it a natural look. So you don't have these clumsy speakers either here or on the wall. >> Now one one more question I have. I see this beautiful pool house that you built. This looks like a very modern upgraded. What can you tell us a little bit about this pool? >> So our company we do everything A to Z. It's a one call. We take care of everything. We'll take care of the uh from figuring out the location of the pool, like you said, from doing all the permits to actually coming down, building it, keeping your backyard nice and clean to doing all the heartscaping that you see over here, the drainage, and including, believe it or not, this uh beautiful pool house that was built from ground up on site with all of these gorgeous finishes. We have a custom kitchen over here. We have a custom bathroom over here with a shower. Shower glass uh is is coming. And then we have uh this over here can be >> to a grill at the fridge with a sink. >> Beautiful grill, a fridge, a sink. And this eventually can be closed in with glass and so it can be used um be used in the winter. We have everything waterproofed over here until they do seal that off. We have all the outlets sealed and uh GFR as well. Yeah, we're very mocked to keep the to keep the code and like I said, everything's permitted, everything is legal, so you can have a safe swim all around. >> Gald, now let me ask you a question. What was the latest somebody kept this pool open and what was the earliest somebody opened the pool? >> So, the latest people without the auto covers are keeping it open as usually a lot of people are going till sickest till after sickest. With an automatic cover, you can go much longer because of uh the, you know, the like I said before, it keeps the the bills down for the heating and so >> close to the Hanukkah. >> Yeah. Yeah. Believe it or not, people are that's that's a big reason people are doing automatic covers is to be able to extend the pool time. And then for opening it, people are opening it right after P swimming again is around the corner. People are already winterizing their pools, but it's coming right back. So, you want to have the time, you want to have the >> Ruikai. The idea is that people plan now. We put in the permits and then right after Yantiv, we're there. We're digging throughout the winter. We're working all the way through. >> Now, what's the quickest you ever did a job? I know you perfectionist, but under you doing things quick. I mean, >> absolutely. Yes. Yes. So, uh we can do even a job like this job has a lot of details, but a job that's maybe simpler than this, we can do within uh 8 weeks with permits included. So, it's about Yeah, it's about four weeks for permits and it's about another four weeks to actually come and build a pool. So it we're in and out of your backyard. Then everything is super simple. You give us one call. We take care of everything, including the heartscaping, including everything else that you see here. We'll do everything A to Z, and we'll do it the right way, and we'll do it really quick. >> Wow. Now, one more question. You don't have to answer, but it's up to you. I think a lot of my followers would like to know the answer. What's you know, if I show people houses with no pools and I look them, yeah, put dollar, and they all tell me, yeah, put dollar. They put dollar $9,000 pool. So, what's the real number? What? What could you say is the lowest price you ever quoted someone putting in a pool? >> So, yeah, our prices are very competitive and uh there's no gimmicks. Whatever is on the estimate, whatever we send you on the contract, that's what we stick to. There's no add-ons, nothing like that. We'll tell you the real out the door cost. And uh we can get you a beautiful pool. Uh I don't like to really give numbers uh offhand, but uh 45,000 50,000 will get you a beautiful pool that's all in. That's not just a a bring you in the door price. That is an all-in price and obviously goes up from there with all the upgrades that we spoke about and many many upgrades that we didn't talk about. >> Now I see the beautiful shinish tinish shine. >> Yeah. So when we do the hardcaping uh we make sure to take all the drainage into account. We also don't want all the grass growing up against the stuckco. The beautiful system so nice and >> everything is tucked away in the back. They have the salt system over here. They have the heater and >> Oh, I forgot to ask you. What would you recommend? I know it's the big salt system. >> I don't I don't think it's such a misus. I think everyone is uh everyone agrees chlorine chlorine tabs. Everyone's uh everyone's minded to the salt system. It's just it costs money to upgrade to it and it costs money to add it into your pool, but down the line it saves you money on chemicals. It's a lot cleaner swim and uh it's just much more maintenancefree. >> Fine.
