for that. This is our viral fruit

you our pastries. This is our campfire
croissant. This is a cheese Danish. Our

This is a pecan sticky bun.

they're also having delicious pizzas and
breakfast specials and they're known for
their famous sourdough.
All types of sourdough. David, so if you
can show us a little bit about your
specialties, about your breakfast. I see
we have a few kinds of pizzas. First of
all, what is the dough made out of?
>> Right, so this is a croissant dough,
which we make the pizza from.
And so, we have a few different types.
I'm just showing here our most popular
ones, which is the fungo, the mushroom
one, the margarita,
our pepper and mushrooms. You have the
broccoli and all of that is done here in
house and we make it on top of the
croissant dough.

avocado toast and this is Mediterranean
panini.
Um and we have much more from mushroom
paninis and
egg and cheese locks.
>> Whatever you can think of.
>> Yes, exactly.
>> David, what's doing with like healthy
stuff like salads? I didn't see that on
the outside. I guess you do only fresh.
>> Exactly. We make the salad right here
per order, so we don't pre-made
anything.
As the order comes in, we make it in the
kitchen right away, and we serve it out.
And we have a good time with the salads.
>> all kind of ideas.
>> Exactly. Yes.
Now Reber Friem, I want you to choose
yourself which one of our fruit mousses.
I want to show you how it's inside, and
the specialty of it.
>> All right. Okay.
So, let's choose a mango.
>> All right.
>> I like mango flavor.
>> fruit, yes.

the detail in the
chocolate on the top.
